The Best Car Shopping Experience I EVER had!!! I went into Oxmoor Toyota just browsing. I have been look around for a while and was pretty fed up with car salesmen taking advantage of me and my tim I went into Oxmoor Toyota just browsing. I have been look around for a while and was pretty fed up with car salesmen taking advantage of me and my time. But this time I walked away with a brand new Toyota Camry. Waste of time I won't say avoid this dealership as i'm sure not everyone there is like the two salesmen I dealt with, but i also wouldn't recommend making Oxmoor yo I won't say avoid this dealership as i'm sure not everyone there is like the two salesmen I dealt with, but i also wouldn't recommend making Oxmoor your first choice. On two occasions i attempted to give them my business. First incident i submitted an online price quote and was promptly contacted by a salesman. After discussing with the salesman that it may be a day or two before i could get out and see the truck, because of work obligations and overtime, he offered to drive the truck out and let me look at it on my lunch hour. He agreed to meet me at my building downtown the next day where I would then be able to take it for a test drive and discuss price, seems like pretty awesome service right? Wrong. Well, the time came, and went, 10 minutes after our agreed upon meeting time i called his cell and was almost immediately sent to voice mail. I left a message, waited another 10 minutes and called the dealership, his supervisor answered the phone and told me he was with a customer and that he would have him call me back as soon as he was done. No problem, people get caught up with work all the time. Five hours later he calls me back and proceeds to tell me he had a family emergency and that is why he missed our appointment; after discussing with him what his boss had told me he eventually came clean and admitted to lying (he thought i would be upset since he forgot the appointment, so he lied). He promised he would be there the next day if i gave him another chance, well, the same thing happened again. I called once left a message and figured that was the end of it. About a week later i received a call from the guy, again, only this time he acted as if the events from the week prior hadn't occurred. After he actually had the gall to deny missing our appointments, he then magically remembered and attempted to apologize and told me he had attempted to call me back and left several messages, which somehow never made their way to my voice-mail. Fast-forward a couple of months, at this time I consider myself to be a little more of an educated buyer and knew pretty much exactly what i wanted. Unfortunately, i decided to give Oxmoor another shot, bad move on my part. I went in, spoke with a salesman and gave him quotes from other out of town, but still, relatively close dealers; and then proceeded to ask if they could meet the price. I was told they could. To avoid making this review longer than what it already is I'll attempt to sum up the rest. I was called relentlessly by the salesman who would/could not give me a number over the phone, i went in to the dealership countless times to speak with them and despite asking numerous times for an out the door price, i was never given one. I was told they would meet the price of the other vehicle, but they almost vehemently refused to give me any actual price even after i told them i would buy the vehicle. Still haven't figured that one out. Like i stated earlier; i wouldn't make them your first choice for purchasing a Toyota as I'm sure worse are out there, but, I'd rather fly across the country to purchase a vehicle than give Oxmoor another opportunity. It was a flat out waste of time. More

Outstanding experience for a first time buyer I'm 40 years old, and I have never bought a car. I know it sounds crazy, but my father was a car salesman, so getting a car always meant showing up to I'm 40 years old, and I have never bought a car. I know it sounds crazy, but my father was a car salesman, so getting a car always meant showing up to pick up the car and keys. Dad did everything else, so I was very nervous about buying "my" first car. Fortunately, Tyrone and Tyrell made it a very easy and fun experience. I had rented a Corolla LE on a recent business trip, so I showed up knowing that I wanted the a Corolla, which helped make it a simple deal. I'm so relieved. All the stress and anxiety was for nothing. They two guys were professional, courteous, and not pushy at all. They worked with me to setup a deal that worked for me, and I would definitely recommend "TnT" to anyone looking to buy a great car. I love my Corolla. I traded a 98 Crown Vic for it, so it's a totally different driving experience, and it's fun. More

Salespeople Keith and Larry were are sales people. Larry greeted us at the door and look some our information then introduced us to Keith. Everyone was great, b Keith and Larry were are sales people. Once we decided on a vehicle, Steve handles the paperwork and was very professional. I never felt this comfortable when buying a car. This is our first Toyota product and I am a Toyota customer for ever now. I can't imagine any dealer being better than Oxmoor Toyota. More
