He took both of us, husband and wife, seriously in the process. He helped us get a better deal through negotiating with the management. There was one small thing that needed to be fixed on the car we bought. He promised to get it fixed before we closed the deal and kept his promise afterward. More
This dealership stinks, go to Carmax To everyone who wishes to save money: Go to Carmax. Firstly, Toyota makes wonderful cars. They are reliable and I will always be a Honda/Toyota guy. Secondly, the service here was atrocious, absolutely terrible. When we leave the store my wife should not be in tears. The salesmen were way too pushy and couldn't fathom why I wouldn't want to lease a car to get out of debt. Newsflash: If I lease a car I have nothing to show for spending 10,800 dollars over 3 years. Yes, I could go on and buy the car after the leasing period which would then make me end up paying more money than what I was already paying. And, I have had friends who leased cars. At the end you are nickeled and dimed for everything. My salesman was Chuck. He was super nice when we first got there. Wanted to understand where we were coming from and what we were hoping to do with our time that day. We got an appraisal on our truck because we were hoping to trade it in and end up paying less money over time. My wife and I are trying to get out of debt as quickly as possible. Toyota offered 14,000. Chuck proposed that leasing a car would be the best option because we would be out of debt in three years instead of six. Toyota would buy off Carmax and we would only have to pay $300 a month for three years instead of the $340 we are currently paying over six years. My wife and I talked and decided this wasn't the best decision for us. We wanted to put money into a car that we would eventually own(and no, not for a total of 23,000). By the time the three year lease would be up there would be 12,100(roughly) left on the car. Three years later a 2016 Corolla isn't even going to be worth 12,100. When trying to explain this to Chuck he started getting pushy and explaining why this was the best option for us. He began manipulating the circumstances we had explained to him earlier so that he could use them to his advantage and close the sale. It wasn't happening. I told him multiple times I was thankful for his time but we were going somewhere else. Chuck couldn't get that through his head. He began pushing and pushing and I eventually had to tell him that "I'm not trying to be a xxxxxx, but I don't have to explain myself to you." At that point we left and my wife was crying. We got in the car and behold Chuck was coming out with a manager(maybe?) named Scott. Scott, as well, could not understand why we wouldn't want to lease a car. I explained to him the circumstances and the math and he said "I understand the math." If he understood the math then how could he not understand that leasing a car is one of the dumbest things a person could do. You are putting money into a car that you are not going to own. And whatever is left on the car after your lease is up is not even close to what the car is actually worth anymore. It's a rip off and you're left with nothing. I eventually told Scott that my wife and I were trying to get our monthly payment down to roughly $250. Scott went inside to see if he could do anything and came back out and told me what he already had been telling me.. That $300 is way lower and you would get out of debt faster. I, again, thanked him for his time and told him that we were going to look other places. He told me that if someone would drop it down to $280 to call him first because he would match it. Now onto the hero of the story: Carmax. We went into carmax to see what they would do. Carmax offered us 18,500 for the truck(Toyota only offered $14,000, then 15,500 when it was going to be a trade in for the leased vehicle, Chuck also scoffed as he told me $14,000). On top of the 18,500 they would refund the MaxCare that we had bought from them for the truck. All in all, they offered us $20,000 for the truck which is 1,000 more than what we even owed on it to begin with. We traded it in for a new car and our monthly payment is now down to $230. OVER $100 less than what we owed before. Toyota was not interested in what I wanted, they were interested in closing the sale. The salesmen were very rude toward us when not getting their way. I'm sure these people are nice but I did not have a good experience with them. More

Not only did he REFUSE to give us our car keys back, he was condescending and down right RUDE in the way he treated us. As women, we feel Doug was just trying to bully us into another lease. He did not want us to purchase our leased car. He ONLY wanted to sell us on leasing another car. We will NEVER do business with this dealership again!! More
Salesman was great, but false advertising Bought a 2013 ford f 150 that I found in the Internet. The ad said it was a certified vehicle that came with a 12 month 12000 mile comprehensive warranty and up to a 7 year 100000 mile power train warranty. The salesman even told me this as we were test driving the vehicle. After we finalized the deal, i asked about the price of the deductible for services. Another man then came out and told me this car is not certified, that ford does not certify their vehicle and that I would have to pay for any extended warranty after the factory warranty ran out. Kind of shady in my opinion to wait till I'm signing the papers and the tell me that. Ivan the salesman was great, but the warranty issue would probably cause me to never go back. Tried to upload a picture of the Internet add but could not add a pic. More
