If I could give less than one star I would. I took my truck in to get an estimate on services. When the tech called me back I was addressed condescendingly and made to feel as though there was no room in truck in to get an estimate on services. There are 5 toyota vehicles In my parents driveway. My family has been a toyota supporter for years. Having said this I will most likely never buy a vehicle from toyota again. The vehicles are amazing and family has been a toyota supporter for years. Having said this I will most likely never buy a vehicle from toyota again. The vehicles are amazing and run forever but this dealership was awful. In 2017 I brought in my highlander to be serviced. During the service they wrecked the passenger side of the vehicle. I did not notice until I had already left. When I brought it back they denied and told me I had to have done it. I demanded video coverage and they found an employee wrecked it. After that they said they would fix it. When they fixed it the whole one side of the vehicle was a different color white and did not have matching stripes. At this point I just wanted a new vehicle .. they convinced me to go with a lease and that they were cutting me an amazing deal. I had never bought a lease but all of the negative equity rolled into it. They have never once treated me well since I have gone in. I am not trying to turn in my lease 6 months early and they are telling me I owe tons of money from my last highlander in equity. It would be one thing if they had been respectful and helped me through this process but no one has gone above and beyond to help me or show me kindness after their huge mistake. I have gone in multiple times the last few months to go over options and really no one is helpful or apathetic. Right now I am just trying to get out of my lease and go to Honda. With my third kid on the way I know I need a mini van and Siennas are amazing. My mother had one and it ran till it had almost 400k miles I just can't get myself to buy a toyota after this experience. Hello Honda! More
Had an oil change done during scheduled service. They tend to either "weld" the drain plug or filter on, or both. You will NOT be able to get them off yourself without pneumatic tools. The oil filter gasket was NOT lubricated and "cooked" to the housing. Had to pay local shop to remove it. Also wasted $50 worth of Mobil 1 oil by having to pit new oil in with an old filter until I could get it removed. Notified Steven Cook and he was full of excuses but admitted they use pneumatic tools to put both on. FYI - Filters are to be put on by HAND TIGHTENING per owner's manual. Will NEVER go back. More

Obvious lack of experience and doesn't know how to treat a customer. Very rude! Don't buy your car at this Toyota - go to a place that cares who their salespeople are and that they make sure they are treating customers correctly. The treatment was so bad, that my whole family (who also has cars thru Oxmoor Toyota) does not want to return there. I'm making sure all my friends and family know about my experience. Please do yourself a favor and go to a dealership that really values you - b/c it isn't Oxmoor Toyota! More

Absolutely terrible experience. While I love the Highlander I wish I could give it back and give my money to a deserving Toyota Dealership. From the dealership changing agreed upon deal terms to waiting over 2 hours to sign the deal paperwork to the the finance department not knowing how to do their job to the dealership incorrectly charging a security deposit and finally the dealership not paying off my trade-in in a timely manner. Then when you bring up all their “mistakes“ and confront them, the manager then has the nerve to ask well don’t I mistake too. Of course I do, but that is irrelevant here and if I made the level of mistakes this dealership did I wouldn’t have a job. Totally unprofessional and never would I recommend this dealership to anyone under circumstances even if this dealership has the best price. I will pay a little more to be treated by competent and professional staff to prevent all the backend issues. Update 11.15.19 - Issues still not resolved. Management claims to be doing everything within their power, but won't send an overnight check today to pay off my trade (that should have been paid off two weeks ago) to resolve the issue because its against their policy (must wait 24 hours after canceling a check before sending a new a check is what the dealership told me) even though it was the dealership that sent the first check to the wrong address when I provided the correct address on October 23. I would understand following policy if the dealership was not at fault, but every step along the way the dealership has been at fault. Explained to the management my monthly payment is due on the 16th and their response was well Toyota gives a 10 day grace period. It seems the dealership only wants to follow policy when it suits the dealership because there is no way my experience could have been according to "policy." More

However when you want to cancel go direct to Toyota Financial Customer Service instead of dealing with Oxmoor Toyota Finance department direct. When it comes to customer support they are worthless. Please remember when signing up for their extended warranty, it starts when you purchase the vehicle, not when the warranty expires. Never will I step foot in this facility again, because of one individual in the finance department refuses to return calls. This individual should have his employment terminated because his lack of customer service skills will impact sales at this location. More

Bad service I made a drive from another county for service. While there discussed with advisor about replacing 2 tires. Advisor said they would mount 2 new tire I made a drive from another county for service. While there discussed with advisor about replacing 2 tires. Advisor said they would mount 2 new tires Michelin on back and move my 2 best Bridgestone to front. I had 2 Bridgestone with less miles than the other 2. Arrive home and found the 2 new tires were mounted on the front. Now I don't know which 2 Bridgestone tires were removed. Do I have two of the best ? Service Manager didn't return my call. I ended up talking to assistant manger in service. He said new tires should be on the back but if tread was near the same really didn't matter. Dumb remark. How could 2 brand new tires and 2 with 62,000 miles have same tread ? Left message for advisor to return my call. Haven't heard from him. Now I have to make another trip to have mistake corrected. The men should be embarrassed to have a woman find their mistake. More
Poor service I had an appointment to have my 2010 Toyota Camry trunk fixed on 9:45 am on 10/22/18. I dropped the car off and they shuttled me to work.At 5:00 pm they hadn't called. So, I called them and they said it didn't get done because they had "bigger" jobs to do. They couldn't get to mine even with an appointment. They gave me a loaner car at no cost. They called me the next morning at 7:45 am to let me know that my brakes were bad too. I firmly said I only wanted fixed what I brought it in for. When I picked it up the price was $100 more than what was quoted to me. Don't go there for any service work. They only care about their time and not yours and to get the most of your money.. More
