They said that they checked and inspected everything and after I left the lug nut key was not included in the set to change the tires. The sales rep said he would send them. We asked if they could change after I left the lug nut key was not included in the set to change the tires. The sales rep said he would send them. We asked if they could change the current t tires and wheels to my old identical car I was giving to my daughter and I wanted my wheels on the new car But they said no. Then they had a 700.00 fee for processing the sale and I said no and had to see the manager when I asked why they were charging me 700.00 to do their job he said it was standard fee and I refused to pay if.
