While I appreciate your looking in to it since my last post I’ve had to spend even more time going to the DMV to receive the title for my vehicle. I also had to drive my car with expired pIates since your dealership told me they couldn’t get me an extension on the temporary plates. I believe that I should be compensated for the fees that I paid since I was the one who had to do all the leg work to finally get my car properly registered and also could have been ticketed for the expired plates. Since I will have to return my vehicle for service and repairs, it would be nice to start off on the right foot since we have to work with one another.Regards, John F.
