I spent the summer looking to purchase a new vehicle. By the time I decided on a Mazda, Oxmoor offered the lowest price and the best deal on my trade in. I drove over 2 hours to get there and have to say th the time I decided on a Mazda, Oxmoor offered the lowest price and the best deal on my trade in. Do not use this dealership, they are not honest people. I agreed on a price and options with Avery Davis ( I have an email with the price break down) and when my husband picked up the vehicle the numbers had agreed on a price and options with Avery Davis ( I have an email with the price break down) and when my husband picked up the vehicle the numbers had been changed. We drove from Saint Louis to pick up the vehicle and Oxmoor collected taxes from us at time of purchase. Oxmoor told us that they were required to collect the tax and I believed them (don't believe anything they tell you ). I called the Kentucky Department of Revenue the next day and found out that Oxmoor should not have collected the Missouri taxes at time of purchase. I bought the car and paid cash on 11/13/10 and it is now 12/5/10 I still am out $1500 and have no documents to register my vehicle. If you work with this dealership make sure you check up on everything and don't assume what they tell you is something they will live up to. I left my garage door opener in my car by mistake at time of trade-in and Avery Davis said he would mail it to me. Avery never even mailed back my garage door opener. More

Purchased a used vehicle and was in the shop within 4 months and less than 1500 miles with approx. $4,500 in suspension, brakes and engine mount repair. This was my first experience purchasing a new car and it couldn't have gone better. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and within a few hours I was the owner of a brand new Mazda 3. I have always liked the Mazda 3 but my main reason for going to the dealership that day was the zero percent financing Mazda was offering. I didn't have perfect credit so I was very nervous about trying to qualify for this financing. They were extremely nice to me and they were able to get me the zero percent interest rate. I couldn't believe how easy it was to buy a car. Once all of the paper work was signed they walked me outside and walked me through all of the features on the car and helped me set up my bluetooth. I received my 1st oil change free and I just received a certificate in the mail for another free oil change which came just in time because it's time to service it again. I couldn't be happier with my Mazda and I would recommend Oxmoor Mazda to anyone looking for a new car. More
