"Maszda Mike", the salesman that I worked with was incredibly helpful. I started by looking at vehicles on their website and walked in the dealership with a couple of vehicles I wanted to look at. So I bought a used car from them and within 48 hours I was already having problems with it. They would do nothing to fix it and now I have to file a lawsuit against them because they are a bunch of idiot was already having problems with it. The men that came in from out of town to help with the special event were very friendly, until we signed the deal. We had to come back the next day, and you could tell a difference in their attitude, for special event were very friendly, until we signed the deal. I received 2 vehicles to drive while waiting for my bank to process my finances.During two months , my wife and I were driving two vehicles with no contract. All i did was pay for the insurance and gas. My salesperson contacted me on a daily basis to make sure that everything was Ok. When my bank gave me the agreement to purchase vehicles, i returned the two vehicles oxmoord mazda gave me and puchase a brand new Mazda RX-7 and a Used Chevroler Cobalt. In addition, the manager authorized 3 free oil change and services on my behalf. This was my 5th time to go to a dealerhip and i never received such services. When I returned to the dealership three months later I was shocked that the manager still was abel to remember me and addressed me by name. This was truly a WOW experience.
