I was looking at the price, the car I purchased was listed on the website, while they were trying to "jump through hoops" to get that price for me. I wanted the car. It was just kind of amusing. The first day we were in there the sales man was very pushy, and the environment was not a place I wanted my children in. The second day we went in the original sales guy was off, so we were greeted by the sales manager who was very helpful. It changed our experience all together, no rap music, no pushy, slimy, wannabe sales people, etc. We ended up getting a great deal on a 2010 CX7. I hope this review comes across positive, since they giving away a free tank of gas to any customer that sends in a positive review. (That should tell you something) More

My wife and I went to Oxmoor Mazda because we were interested in a Mazda6. The sales people we dealt with the 1st day we were there were very pushy and it was not a good experience. They had the attitude of "now or never" as far as purchasing a vehicle for the price we wanted. We returned a 2nd day because we were still interested, mainly because of the price that they were offering for a 2010 Mazda6. We dealt with a different person the 2nd visit and it was a much more relaxed and positive experience. Also, there was a problem initially when dealing with the financing guy...he was quoting a much higher APR than what we expected for our credit scores. It turned out that the credit score entered in the computer was for a different person...he quickly found the problem and got us back to where we expected to be. Overall, it was a good experience after a rocky start...so far, we love the Mazda6 and feel like we got it for a great price. More
