He even carried over my oil changes from my older car to my new one. The finance guy was great and worked magic with the price and percentage rate. The rate was cut in 1/2 on my new van from my previous vehicle... Awsum! All staff in the building were friendly and courtious.. Matthew Simons More
******* I will never buy from oxmoor mazda on shelbyville rd. again!!!!!!! worst experience ever .where do i start. first of all the quoted price that they were going to give me on my tradein was great until rd. again!!!!!!! worst experience ever .where do i start. first of all the quoted price that they were going to give me on my tradein was great until i notice once i bought the car and got home and went over my paperwork they screwed me and gave me less amount for what they told me, went back in the next day to get it straighten out and still was not the amount they told me , so they rip me off there. then it took them a month or longer to pay off my trade in and i got stuck with late fees from my bank and had to pay another car payment since they took there sweet ass time. then they said car has nevered been wreck even got a car fax report and it was clean until i had my body man look at it today and said it been wreck before. they were suppose to detail my car before i took it off the lot it was half ass done ! everytime i would call about my problems they would put me on the phone with someone different everytime so nothing was getting done with the problems . did nothing but give me the run arounds. i highly advise not to buy a car there trust me.. its worth waiting for the right car and it sure isnt there. worst customer service ever . im a business owner also and never treat my clients this way .theres alot more issues i had. thats just a start , but im not going to waste my whole night writing about this so called company More
On two separate occasions, either my fiancee or I (separatly and on separate occasions) drove to Oxmoor Mazda to look at a car. On both (separate) occasions, after spending 30+ mins on the lot, look (separatly and on separate occasions) drove to Oxmoor Mazda to look at a car. On both (separate) occasions, after spending 30+ mins on the lot, looking on the lot, IN THE SHOWROOM, and on their side storage lot, looking at cars, NOT a single salesperson approached to greet either of us (on our individual separate visits) much less ask if they could help or answer any questions...(sorry they are threatening legal actions against me because my original post was "misinterpreted" by a member of their management team - so I am trying to make this chronologically as correct as possible).... When I did an internet search later on, the search prompted an email to the dealership, showing that I was interested in a Mazda. When the salesperson contacted me I told him of our experiences, and told him (and subsequently one of his managers) of our dissatisfaction with the service on the two previous visits. They insisted that they don't do business that way and begged for another opportunity to make it up. We instead went to (weeks later) a competitor and had a fabulous experience and ended up with a car that we are just thrilled about (2012 MazdaSpeed3 6-speed with turbo!). I emailed the salesperson at Oxmoor Mazda to let him know that their dealership had just lost a $24,000 sale, and that I would not be stepping foot on their lot again. When I posted on MY facebook page, (and Oxmoor Mazda's facebook page- which they immediately deleted) - post of my experience on the lot (actually the lack of any salespeople ever approaching me to answer any quetions I might have about Mazda) it prompted a call from their management team. This call, the Sales Manager told me, was to glean some more information about the poor service we received, but quickly escalated to accusations, threats of legal actions by Oxmoor Auto Group's legal team, and even threats of reporting me to my employer -which he did the next morning. This was followed up by a long stream of profanity and *MF* bombs directed directly towards me. Sure makes me glad that I didn't go here to buy a car -- all I can say is LET THE BUYER BEWARE - OF OXMOOR MAZDA. They will threaten you if you make posts such as this on social media sites, report you to your employer, and will take any derogatory comments you post on their own facebook sitem off within minutes -- I know -- I tried it and within minutes after sharing the post, it disappeared from their facebook wall....so much for freedom of speech!! I guess this is some new kind of marketing technique that is being employed by Oxmoor Mazda- I must have been sleeping in my marketing class when they covered this side of customer service! More
I went to this dealership not expecting to actually purchase a vehicle. My salesman, Buzzy Dolt was so friendly and good at showing me the options that it made me want to consider purchasing from this purchase a vehicle. My salesman, Buzzy Dolt was so friendly and good at showing me the options that it made me want to consider purchasing from this dealership. For anyone considering buying a Mazda, I recommend you call Mr. Dolt. Hr was not your typical fast talking salesman. I am intelligent, so that fast talking lingo doesn't work on me anyways. Mr. Dolt was very interested in what options I needed in a vehicle and he answered all my questions in great detail. I am sure that I will shop here again. More
My husband was not looking to purchase me a new car, but had passed by the Oxmoor Mazda and a maroon car outside on display caught his eye. We were approching our anniversity on 11/11/11 and my husband want had passed by the Oxmoor Mazda and a maroon car outside on display caught his eye. We were approching our anniversity on 11/11/11 and my husband wanted to surprise me. The salesman Gary Duvall road with him to get my approval 25 miles away. I was amazed this was the most beautiful car I had ever owned. Then in return my husband feel as to be on top of the world, with the most perfect gift. I had a 2007 car that I never liked and it took me 6 to 7 hours sitting and waiting and I never got the car for a week. I fell Gary Duvall and the Oxmoor Dealer went out of their way just for me. I had traded, purchased, and had a new car all before lunch time. When my husband and Mr. Duvall let me drive the car back for the purchase, we had a small wait of less than 1 hour. I recommend if you are in need of a new or used dependable car you go to see Gary Duvall at Oxmoor Mazda. They are there to make you happy and the price was well under the book value. i did get a call from Mr. Duvall a week later to make sure I was 100 per cent satisfied. As I told him yes I have a bumper to bumper warrantee and will never deal with another Dealer. SO HAPPY WITH OXMOOR MAZDA! More

So I got a call and an appointment for 1pm on the 17th was made So I went back in. From what I thought "we had a deal finally" needless to say I felt sick to stomach. After the talk about my tra was made So I went back in. From what I thought "we had a deal finally" needless to say I felt sick to stomach. After the talk about my trade not having enough equity "was negative" The Finance Manager Pist at me for even asking a trade said we could not do this and loss money like this 24000 and your trade-in no deal. So with the kid again with me we went home. I felt cruched my wife was crushed too! We got another call for us to in and make this happen. I got there and the other Finance manager said there was a mistake in the pricing and we will honor the 24500 and they did another apprasail on the car 9838.00 OK. I was so pleased to see that we were going forward to purchase the cx-7, but the SUV come to find out was not there "it was at papa johns stadium" and he said we would have to come in tomorrow and finalize the paper work. So he asked are you ok with the numbers. Well I said "We really didn't do the numbers to see were we were at here. So he showed me the apprasail for my trade-in and it had these fees of 2039 worth ( inspection fee of $694 Detail fee of $250 Advertisment fee of $400, Pet deoder fee of $500 "I don't have a pet" and a 2nd key fee of $195 total of $2039 taken off the appraisal of $9838.00 ). I'm accountant and Loan officer some I know a lot about finance. I did some figure at the table and wrote it down on the appraisal sheet told JR this is what our offer is 24500 full price. I asked please remove these fees and we have a deal. "It was written on the paper" He said he will have the paperwork tomorrow and the SUV waiting. It was 7:30pm Aug 17 we left again the family and my wife. We said we will be here at 6pm on Thursday the 18th. The car was there and JR said they are getting the paper work completed. He asked your "now your OK with the figures right". Well Jr we didn't see the final figures. He said they will have them done here in a little bite. 1HOUR 9MIN later they were ready to be signed. Hey Scott,Abby were going to get your 30day tag on it "they did"and gas it up for you. We took it to detail so she is lookin good. Great I said, Sat down at the table and the finance loan officer with the paperwork said he could only get a 5.25 on the 84 month term for us. I said yesterday JR and the Finance Manger said I would have a 4.96%. So I said I will just go with my credit union they are at 4.25%. Now mind you it was around 7 pm and he said let me call PNC bank and ask for a lower rate. Ok he said I got a 1/4 off coupon from them so we can do 5%. Arugued about my credit union pulling thos kind of %s. He left the table and came back with a 4.39% best I can do showed me the sheet. I had financing and a check ready if needed it next day. Looked at the price of the SUV it was $28000 I said the fees are listed in the price and the price is not 24500 as it was advertised on the website. OHH well we can't sell it for that $24500 thats.. well were taking a big loss here. I looked at him and said really..... really your joking here. I have come here for the 5th time to deal with this. I was so pisted my face got red and my eyes were ready to pop out for the pressure. I CAN NOT BELEAVE THIS IS HOW BUSINESS IS DONE AT A MAZDA DEALERSHIP. The office manager said there is nothing we can do for you here. 5TH TIME THERE WITH OUR 3 KIDS WAITING AND WAITING TO GET INTO A NEW MAZDA AND WHAT, WHAT A HUGE SLAP IN THE FACE. HUGE! CRUSHED YES WE ARE OOOOHHH MMYYY BIG TIME. But ones has got to ask themselves is this really the way business at Mazda is conducted. Did I do something wronge here. My wife loves this SUV and it is our falt it was on the web advertised for $24500 and its wrong. One of the sales mangers said this is a big mistake and someone is going to be fired for this. Dan I am sorry we just saw the CX-7 price VS and Honda cr-v priced the same. My wife liked the Mazda better. Our experience with Oxmoor Mazda started off great until they realized they gave me too much for my trade-in. They called me back in to sign new paperwork for a "missed incentive". Turns out, the new paperw they realized they gave me too much for my trade-in. They called me back in to sign new paperwork for a "missed incentive". Turns out, the new paperwork was a way for them to recouperate some of their money back that they had lost on my trade-in. When I was signing the new paperwork, I was not told that anything had changed from the first contract. It wasn't until I got home that my husband had found out what they were trying to do. He called them back and told them we wanted to go back to the original contract. That's what we got now, but we are missing our refund check! We were told if the payoff on my car was over what they were giving us, then we would have to pay the difference. If the payoff was less than what they were giving us, then we would receive a check for the difference. It's been 2 months since we purchased the car and still no check!!! I have called several times and the person I wind up talking to says they will call me back but they never do! This company has totally lost our trust and we would never buy another vehicle from them again! We will NEVER refer anyone to go to Oxmoor Mazda!!! Horrible customer service!!!!! More
