Sales people really need to be mindful of the customers that have done their research. We negotiated a rate that was signed off on, but once the finance person sat down to sign everything the numbers were that have done their research. I never had purchased a car outside of my home state before. However, due to COVID creating issues in the supply chain, I was needing to look anywhere for stock, when I came across Oxmoor Mazda. I had previously contacted a dealer in Texas, and they refused to work with out of state DMVs. So, I was hesitant when Karlea reached out to me. She explained that they work with out of state customers all of the time. So, I decided to bite the bullet and drive three and a half hours to Oxmoor Mazda. Once I arrived, they had everything ready and I was able to take my car home that same day. I was nervous about the taxes, registration, plates, etc. but they made that part easy and mailed everything into my home state's DMV. Highly recommended! More
