This review is for oxmoor Mazda. DO NOT GO HERE! They offered me a guaranteed amount for a trade (after spending 15 min explaining every detail of the car over the phone) and $1000 toward a new car "if I offered me a guaranteed amount for a trade (after spending 15 min explaining every detail of the car over the phone) and $1000 toward a new car "if I came in that day". So I went in and asked for Katie who was super sweet, but seemed very out of place. They did the appraisal on my car as I test drove the 2014 cx5. I fell IN LOVE. They offered me $2000 less than they "guaranteed" over the phone and the manager Avery came out and rudely took over Katie's position to tell me "you can forget about the $1000 toward a new car because we don't have that to give you". Then he belittled her by telling me the offer he was making me wouldn't allow her to even get paid. He had a bad attitude. I told him I wouldn't accept his offer even if it was less than what I expected to pay because they lied to get me in the door. I drove to Neil Huffman Mazda and got an awesome deal from Tracie instead. Had they been honest they would've had a $33,000 car sold. More

Incredibly rude for a sales manager, and didn't seem interested in my business when I was there. I did receive about 5 calls a day from oxmoor, including one where Avery sounded threatening, telling me to call him asap. They had asked me if my phone number was a mobile number, which apparently gave them the green light to text me. I went elsewhere and got a much better deal. More
