We came in looking for a used car for my son that was affordable as well as dependable. Michael had a friendly and inviting low key attitude. He was very understanding and helpful with our circumstances affordable as well as dependable. Michael had a friendly and inviting low key attitude. He was very understanding and helpful with our circumstances which involved buying a car as fast as possible due to a previous car total loss accident. Unfortunately, due to our time constraint, we did not get to close our deal with him but had to deal with another salesperson who was not as pleasasnt. I believe his name was Brent? I shared with him that we were considering a Ford Fiesta. Throughout the test drive he made negative comments about the competitor and their car model. I found this very annoying and unprofessional. I would hope that the Mazda sales team is not trained to sell cars by bad mouthing their competition. We almost walked away but I really enjoyed working with Michael and we liked the car. Michael deserves and should receive TOTAL Credit for selling this car to us. If this dealership values it's employees, I hope that this occurs. I will highly reccommend Michael to others looking to have a pleasant car buying experience. More

Our car buying experience over the weekend and today has been exceptional! Everyone on the Oxmoor Mazda staff went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable and painless, especially our sales person been exceptional! He was courteous and professional, to a fault, in his treatment of us. We have already recommended Josh and the Oxmoor Mazda dealer to one of our friends this very day. Even one of the managers, named Gene, (don't know his last name) was very gracious and courteous with us during the entire transaction. We never felt demeaned or disrespected in any way. On the contrary, everyone was extremely professional and friendly at all times. This is the way car buying should be! The price we paid for our car was a fair price and we are happy with that. Like everything I spend money on, however, it's always too expensive. Buying a car is usually the second most expensive purchase made by an individual. I will never purchase from there again. I hate haggling, and that's exactly what I had to do and still they managed to mess things up. I went in on an internet price just to have them be shady about it and and that's exactly what I had to do and still they managed to mess things up. I went in on an internet price just to have them be shady about it and removed a few discounts, raising the price and not honoring their online price. Once I decided to lease the vehicle instead of purchase, they didn't honor their pricing at all then. They bumped it back up to the regular MSRP without any discounts. Never did they wish to explain themselves when I had asked questions. They tiptoed around it and answered something completely different. Also was trading in my old vehicle. They couldn't give me the full price because THEY THEMSELVES had caused a discrepancy in the mileage a while back. All I got from them was an "I'm Sorry." Never will I ever shop there again. More

I walk on Mazda new car lot and I am introduced by a salesman who asks "how may I help you"? That has always been a stickler to me. I appreciate the kindness I am shown right from the beginning. I chose this car lot because of the prior experience I have had with this business. Once I have gone thru all the different cars in my life, and I have, I have landed at Mazda, and in particular, Oxmoor Mazda and found a home I can live with and appreciate. It makes no sense to me, after researching for two and one half months all the different cars available today. The overall findings are there is nothing in it's class that will beat a Mazda. And I know from experience, having owned 9 of them since way back when. It is my money, and I decide, not the car dealer and I have chosen Mazda at Oxmoor. More
