We came in looking for a used car for my son that was affordable as well as dependable. Michael had a friendly and inviting low key attitude. He was very understanding and helpful with our circumstances which involved buying a car as fast as possible due to a previous car total loss accident. Unfortunately, due to our time constraint, we did not get to close our deal with him but had to deal with another salesperson who was not as pleasasnt. I believe his name was Brent? I shared with him that we were considering a Ford Fiesta. Throughout the test drive he made negative comments about the competitor and their car model. I found this very annoying and unprofessional. I would hope that the Mazda sales team is not trained to sell cars by bad mouthing their competition. We almost walked away but I really enjoyed working with Michael and we liked the car. Michael deserves and should receive TOTAL Credit for selling this car to us. If this dealership values it's employees, I hope that this occurs. I will highly reccommend Michael to others looking to have a pleasant car buying experience. More

Our car buying experience over the weekend and today has been exceptional! Everyone on the Oxmoor Mazda staff went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable and painless, especially our sales person been exceptional! He was courteous and professional, to a fault, in his treatment of us. We have already recommended Josh and the Oxmoor Mazda dealer to one of our friends this very day. Even one of the managers, named Gene, (don't know his last name) was very gracious and courteous with us during the entire transaction. We never felt demeaned or disrespected in any way. On the contrary, everyone was extremely professional and friendly at all times. This is the way car buying should be! The price we paid for our car was a fair price and we are happy with that. Like everything I spend money on, however, it's always too expensive. Buying a car is usually the second most expensive purchase made by an individual.
