Tires Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation today. Was advised that all 4 tires were badly cupped and would need to be replaced. The technician who was performing the service on the car said the tires were very badly cupped. The funny thing is I bought the tires there new in October 2013, less than 9 months ago, and have had the tires rotated there each and every time I took it there for an oil chance. The service associate tried to quote me a price for the tires, then said I could probably get by for now by only replacing the tire with the bubble. I asked what kind of warranty was on the tires, since after all they are only 9 months old and have been rotated (this would have been the forth time within that time period). Come to find out there is a 2 year road hazard warranty. The parts manager has ordered the tire to replace the tire with the impact bubble, and when I questioned why the other tires are "badly cupped" and in need of replacement when they were purchased in October and rotated at least 3 times in less than a year. He inspected the tires himself and said in his opinion these tires are not badly cupped and have plenty of tread and life in them. So now I really don't know who to believe, was he covering his back side to keep from replacing all four tires? I've checked on-line and these tires have a 40,000 mile tread warranty. He went on to tell me that the service team did not rotate the tires since they discovered the issue. Nonetheless, they attempted to charge me for rotation when I checked out...probably hoping I wouldn't catch it. As it stands now, I am returning the car on Friday morning to have the defective tire replace, and I am told they would be rotated at no cost at that time. I'm concerned at this point because I don't know who to believe about the cupping, and I don't like how I had to haggle to get them to own up to and honor the road hazard warranty. I feel as if the original associate was trying to up sell me. I have been a loyal customer of theirs since 2011, but will now seek a new place for trustworthy service, and will be hard pressed to buy another vehicle from them in the future. More

Tracked down answers to all questions I had. Helped me compare pros and cons with other options. In the end, was able to find a very suitable car. Exceptional service. Fairly impressed. Car was very well prepared, clean, low miles, with all records and a strong warranty. Would recommend Mr. Frost as a great salesperson to work with, as he seems very straightforward and frank, hard working. Mr. Davis was tough on the trade-in, but then there's a good note to self: trade the old model in sooner, next time. Would recommend Oxmoor Mazda for working to find the right match, make things right. More

We came in looking for a used car for my son that was affordable as well as dependable. Michael had a friendly and inviting low key attitude. He was very understanding and helpful with our circumstances which involved buying a car as fast as possible due to a previous car total loss accident. Unfortunately, due to our time constraint, we did not get to close our deal with him but had to deal with another salesperson who was not as pleasasnt. I believe his name was Brent? I shared with him that we were considering a Ford Fiesta. Throughout the test drive he made negative comments about the competitor and their car model. I found this very annoying and unprofessional. I would hope that the Mazda sales team is not trained to sell cars by bad mouthing their competition. We almost walked away but I really enjoyed working with Michael and we liked the car. Michael deserves and should receive TOTAL Credit for selling this car to us. If this dealership values it's employees, I hope that this occurs. I will highly reccommend Michael to others looking to have a pleasant car buying experience. More
