Well this didn't happen to me at Oxmoor Mazda. They went and got what I wanted at another dealer in another state. Very pleased with the staff, deal, and ability of Oxmoor Mazda to get me the car I wanted and on the same day of my visit. More

Harold Frost was Super! My car had broke down at Walmart, the battery had died but my car wouldnt take a jump, so I had my car towed to Oxmoor Mazda. After a LONG and exaspe My car had broke down at Walmart, the battery had died but my car wouldnt take a jump, so I had my car towed to Oxmoor Mazda. After a LONG and exasperating day my iPhone died. I was almost in tears at this point. But Harold went and found me a charger, played with my son and then he brought out a jumper cable cart and jumped my car and my car started right up. He went above and beyond to help me and he was a God send that day. Thank you Harold for all your help. More

The Sales team was very courteous, knowledgeable about their product and made me feel like my business actually meant something to them and not just a bunch of numbers. There were no high pressure sales pitches on one single thing while signing the final papers (You know how most Dealers are) "You'll want this, you'll need that", it those little things than can drive a person right off the lot. At Oxmoor Mazda, I was not the least bit uncomfortable. I never felt intimidated, or like I was treading in dangerous and unfamiliar territory and most importantly, the Sales Team actually listened to me. Through the years I have had the luxury of experiencing many new car deals but I have to say, my experience with Oxmoor Mazda was the most pleasurable one of all. I am a first time Mazda owner, and although I have only had my Mazda 3 less than a week, I will most definitely return to Oxmoor Mazda for my next one ... Inshalla! Brannigan Piacentini More

Helped make the experience enjoyable Harold Frost took the time make sure that our car was perfectly ready.
