Harold Frost was one of the most knowledgeable, personable representatives with whom I've ever dealt. Not only was he able to answer every detailed question I had about the Mazda Miata in which I was interested, but he provided in-depth information about other manufacturers' models to help me make an informed decision. He even assisted me (in the dealership!) with researching my options online. In addition, I did my own research before my final purchase and know I got the best deal possible, with a fantastic interest rate (far better than my credit union could provide). My first visit was getting my current car appraised and getting myself approved. They told me what I could get and then I started test driving vehicles. I was not pressured into anything and I found what I liked but they didn't have the color. But they were able to get me one from another dealer. So after all my paperwork was completed I was in my brand new car! Hassle free and Rick the General Manager is awesome!!!!! More
