They work hard to get you into the car you really want. This dealership has always been very good to me. This is my third car from them, three for my wife as well - 6 total! My salesman Harold Frost was great to work with. Very easy going, low pressure guy. I think he really likes to get people the car they want at a price that can work for them. Very knowledgeable with the product line as well. I also need to give a shout out to my old pal Avery Davis for finding me the EXACT car I wanted at a dealership over a hundred miles away. He has been doing this for me for the last 7 - 8 years because I am extremely picky. When the car came in, it had pinstripes installed at the previous dealership, as well as a few nicks and scratches. BIG thank you's go out to Chris Mohr for TOP NOTCH quality control in finding all these and working very hard to make the car perfect, in addition to removing the pinstripes which I hated. In closing, each of these 3 guys worked VERY hard to get me what I wanted. They probably cringe when they see me come onto the lot, but they always knock it out of the park for me. More

Hidden Fees No Return calls Was charged $598.90 for a "Special benefit Package". Something that we did not agree to buy. Bought car 11/28/14. Tags expire 1/31/15. Have called every day for a week now to inquire about new registration and tags. Have not received any call back. Could have went to DMV and done it myself. Tags are Jefferson County. Sales person was great. First payment made already. Now I guess since they have their money no need to return calls. More
