Keep in mind that I am a 21 year old full-time student who also works full-time in a pharmacy. My credit score is horrendous and I don't make that much money. Herb Webster was the most caring, nicest, considerate car salesman I have ever encountered!!! And Ross and his wonderful financial team work miracles at Oxmoor Mazda. I drove off the lot not two hours after my original appraisal appointment in a BRAND NEW MAZDA 3 SPORT! Without having any money down and without having anyone co-sign with me. I did it all on my own and Herb, Ross, Jessica, and the amazing staff at Oxmoor Mazda made it happen. I will forever be grateful for the strings they pulled to get me my dream car at an amazing price. They can count on me coming back for any additional vehicles I need. I will be an Oxmoor Mazda customer for years to come. THEY ARE AMAZING! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR CARS!!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH OXMOOR MAZDA! If the car smells make sure it is cleaned and you pick it up the day after. Reggie kept insisting that the car had to be taken that day and I only realized why the next day when the same nasty smell could be found in the car. The detailer at another place which uses ozone told me that Oxmoor uses chemicals to mask the smell which is dishonest. Also anything written circle it as closely as possible and put your signature. If there is any white space they will write stuff in and claim it was Always there! Lastly like someone also commented below they will try to screw you with financing. Reggie heard the kia dealer tell me my warranty was still active and that I could renew it with them. Yet they added into my sales price a warranty and then got angry when I asked for it to be removed. He even tried to say that that I had agreed to it in the 100 car payment! Lastly they gave me a disgraceful broken key with freaking tape on it. Reggie lied and tried to say it wasnt broken but the kia person chimed in and corrected him and said it would need to be replaced. I requested the belt be replaced and a working key be done. Hands were shaken and paperwork signed. I call to make the appt for the belt and im told Reggie never took it to the service department and he' s off. Then when he calls the next day he lies and says they have repeatedly tried to contact me. Now for the key situation which shows the type of business they run. I got an estimate so as to be honest about the cost. Now they are claiming they are only paying for programing which is 50 dollars out of the 250 for the key!!! The only positive thing that came from this experience is the understanding I have gotten from the Kia dealer, detailing place and key cutters I have contacted. What is truly sad is each asked what dealer i purchased from and WASN'T surprised to learn it was oxmoor mazda. I do not intend to do business with any Oxmoor dealer which is sad because I used Oxmoor Ford often for my mustang. More

This prompted us to immediately take our cx7 to Swope dodge and trade it for 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan , which we love! Will NEVER buy another Mazda for the simple reason that the service department is totally inept! More

They make it happen Josh (my sales person), Michael Ross (account manager), Jessica (internet) and everyone else that I encountered were friendly, helpful, and caring.
