He was very good to answer questions and admit if he didn't know the answer and worked to get the answer We had a very good salesman, Lawrence Blair. He was very good to answer questions and admit if he didn't know the answer and worked to get the answers to all our questions. He was patient and didn't pressure. We did feel pressure to buy and buy now from the sales manager Gary Duvall. But overall, it was a good experience and I love the red Mazda 3 we got. I do wish they wouldn't put all the dealer addons on a car until you purchase it. More

One very satisfied customer I was completely satisfied with my Oxmoor Mazda experience on April 21, 2015. Tom Tichenor was an exceptional car salesman. He was very polite and I was completely satisfied with my Oxmoor Mazda experience on April 21, 2015. Tom Tichenor was an exceptional car salesman. He was very polite and not pushy at all. I was considering trading my Madza 6, 2008 model, but was not even considering getting a new car that day. But Tom laid out options that I did not expect and I ended up leasing a new 2015 Mazda 3S that day. I was especially impressed with the efficient time management of this experience. Very Poor Sales Reps The Service Dept can't be faulted, but the Sales Dept leave a lot to be desired. On our latest visit to the Sales Dept the sales rep tried to tell The Service Dept can't be faulted, but the Sales Dept leave a lot to be desired. On our latest visit to the Sales Dept the sales rep tried to tell us that they don't make the Mazda 2 any more; that the Mazda 3 had taken its place! Ignoring this helpful advice we pushed on in search of someone who could find us a Mazda 2 to test drive. After a lengthy delay and much giggle among sales people over a computer screen, and a prompt from us, it was announced there wasn't one on the lot. A previous visit looking for a used car suitable for a teenager proved hopeful at first with the promise of a VW Beetle. 20 mins later and with no sign of the car or the sales person we left and no call or explanation was every received. A time before that a visit to Oxmoor Mazda was frustrating when test driving a used Mazda 3; as a sales rep was overwhelmingly uneducated about the vehicle we were driving in and made inane comments about the interior of the car in between telling us that she was only working there to get the employee discount. The previous visit to that I left with a migraine after dealing with a sales rep who tried to negotiate a sale price for a vehicle with me by handwriting a phony contract on the back of a piece of scrap paper for me to sign. Needless to say, I won't be going back for my next car! More
