Decided to just drive to the dealer and cross my fingers. When I arrived, there were 8+ employees throwing a football around the parking lot. Not a bad thing, I can imagine it gets slow, but if that's why they didn't answer the phones, then it's a huge problem. Nobody approached me or my dad. He happened to see the Salesman that sold him a truck the day before (who is the one we wanted to help us, due to the great service he gave my dad the day before) and flagged him down to help us. That was where everything else went good. The rest of the process was easy, service was friendly and knowledgeable and I drove off with the car I wanted, and am still enjoying! *do want to note that they took my car to get detailed, and when I got it there was still pet hair, bits of paper, and even an old camera remote left in it. I detailed it on my own when I got home so it wasn't a big deal. More

In fact, Kris made buying a car easy with no hassle that my oldest daughter Jessica came in as I was picking up my car and bought one as well. Today her fiance Adam is going to purchase a car from Kris at Oxmoor Mazda. I am so glad we have found a place that actually listens to you and is willing to help you find the car if your dreams. They said I had to be there in person to get a quote? What? Have 3 other dealerships happy to provide written quotes to me via email so I could make an informed decision. This dealership's managers need to learn how to do business and that most people don't want to sit at a desk in a room being harassed into making an immediate decision. Soured me on the entire brand. More

Service of vehicle--oil change and tire rotatation My car was taken in immediately which is important to me since I amost can never schedule appts and rely on when I have time and being able to walk in My car was taken in immediately which is important to me since I amost can never schedule appts and rely on when I have time and being able to walk in. Car was done in pretty much under 30 minutes, approximately. They did try to upsell me on the 30,000 mile service package, which I found a little pricey and will likely price in other venues. I do prefer to use Mazda for my Mazda service needs most of the time. More

Which in this case, I was getting my oil changed and my tires rotated. When service was complete, I was given a Full Circle Service report informing me of my cars overall health & recommendations. The service advisor was polite, and made me feel welcomed. During my wait, I had several options to occupy my wait time. There was a lobby room with a television and free coffee, or an area with some tables where I could sit and read. It was nice to be in an atmosphere where the employees are so helpful, and providing the services needed with a smile. Nice quality work performed, and I was in and out. Thank you Jeff and Cory! More
Overselling and inconvenience Regarding routine service: 1) they strongly recommend services that are not in Mazda's maintenance schedule as if they are necessary. 2) It's an u Regarding routine service: 1) they strongly recommend services that are not in Mazda's maintenance schedule as if they are necessary. 2) It's an uncomfortable place to wait for your car, they moved Mazda to an old crowded building and they take 45 minutes to do an oil change and tire rotation. I really wanted to use the dealer for all my scheduled service and don't mind spending a few extra bucks, but I guess I'm headed to one of the Instant Oil Change places from now on for routine service from now on. Funny thing is my last car was a Jaguar and my wife drives a Lexus and both those dealers made me happy when I came in for service. Nothing against my service adviser. He was very polite and efficient. More
