She led us right to the new Launch Edition they had staged in their showroom. She let us hop in and play with its features. She answered our questions and gave us the information booklet to review. They didn't have exactly the color/options we were looking for, but she assisted in getting us exactly the car we wanted delivered. She told us it could take up to two weeks, but she managed to get it there in four days! Lauren assisted us with the initial setup of the car's features like navigation and pairing the phone. The paperwork was quick and easy to understand. Overall, it was a great car buying experience! More
