Love the CX5! I was hoping for a quick transaction, as I knew exactly what I wanted, had great credit, but it still took nearly 4 hours. I even tried to be prepared to expedite the process to no avail.... I got a list of the 2 "available" cars from the Internet Sales person that morning, before I made the drive to Louisville. Tyler met me with a smile and was friendly and courteous. He had trouble finding the cars that were supposed to be in inventory. One had actually been sold the day before and he couldn't find the other one. We walked the lot and finally found it, but then he could not locate the keys. We then had trouble with the computer system, and in Financing, we had to reprint and resign all of the forms due to the system not having my correct address. Then car took longer than expected getting cleaned for delivery. Luckily I love the CX5 and Tyler did his best to resolve the issues we were dealt. The dealership seemed to be unorganized with poor communication on the day I visited. Thank you Tyler for your effort! More
