Tried to purchase a vehicle over the internet, I had found several dealers that that offered under MSRP, asked if they could beat MSRP, was told no, thanked them for their time, the next day they e-mail found several dealers that that offered under MSRP, asked if they could beat MSRP, was told no, thanked them for their time, the next day they e-mailed back they had a couple of vehicles under MSRP, picked one out and when I checked their quote it was over MSRP, when I pointed this out, they got rude. On August 31st, they told me that if I stopped in that day they could meet my terms in order to keep my monthly payments manageable. So I canceled an appointment in order to come into the dealership. After canceling that appointment, they then called me back and asked for permission to run my credit by a few banks. I granted that permission, and they came back with a few offers that didn't even come close to my terms. Then they said let's continue trying a few more banks. Don't come into the dealership yet, we'll call you back. I waited a couple of hours and heard nothing. I called The sales rep and he sent my call to voicemail. Then he texted me and said I will call you back in 1 minute. That call never came. Not that day, the next day, or anytime since. So now I have to pay for the personal doctor's appointment that I had canceled in order to go to a dealership that I ended up not even going to because the dealership ghosted me. It's even more disrespectful that they never called back at any point after that. Needless to say, they've lost any chance of me doing business with them on any terms. More

My salesman did an excellent job and communicated with me throughout the process. The finance department took a long time and I felt that their communication was lacking. Selling a used vehicle as if in perfect working order with a "150point safety check", only to find out there are $3,400 worth of repairs that need to be done, is negligent at best. I would dare say Oxmoor Mazda has been heinously dishonest and their actions, criminal. With excellent credit and a SIGNIFICANT down payment I entrusted this dealership to provide my family with a safe and reliable vehicle. When asking if there's anything they can do, as I have not even made my first payment on said vehicle, they denied any help because I did not make an additional purchase of their premium coverages. Oxmoor Mazda, may your true reputation precede you. More
