I just needed to drive our vehicle of choice to decide if it was the one. My husband and I met at the dealership separately. Apparently, he had already picked the car he wanted me to choose, he just had to convince me. Together we looked at the CX-5 and CX-9. I gravatated to the CX-5 once I saw all the space I would still have in the trunk especially once you laid the back seats down. For me, it was time to downsize. Our salesman was very personable and friendly. He took me around the car and told me everything the Mazda CX-5 had to offer. After going over the vehicle it was time for a test drive. I loved how I felt in the driver's seat. It was meant for me. Our salesman continued to educate me on all this car had to offer while I was driving. I was amazed. Now, we just had to settle on a price. I must admit, my husband was not happy with the first offer, but we were able to come to an agreement. I was so happy. The Mazda facility is clean and beautiful. Everyone I encountered there very friendly and they made you feel welcome. I personally, hate car shopping. Prior to going to Mazda, if I could have talked my husband in doing it for me, I would of. My experience at Mazda was painless. I really feel the staff wants to be fair and the finance office is honest. More

I finally decided on a cx-5 but wanted to show my wife and friend before buy. I was surprised by the dealerships willingness to accommodate. Matt drove with me to my home so that my family could see the car. I was able to go into finance with Mario and have all extras explained thoroughly. More

Oxmoor Mazda and the Mazda6 - The Best Kept Secret.....EVER Prior to my test drive in the Mazda6 Grand Touring, I had never sat in or considered purchasing a Mazda of any kind. After the drive I felt that I had cheated myself with all the other cars I have owned over the years. Consumer Reports gives the Mazda6 high ratings and I concur. Tyler, Avery, Michael, Mario, Lawrence and a few others I chatted with during the car-buying process were the friendliest people I have ever encountered at a dealership. They were all very friendly and made you feel like they truly appreciated your business. Tyler knew the answer to every question I had and was a pleasure to work with. They all made the car-buying experience less-stressful. A couple other great things to add: 1) Avery had one of his salesman run to Wendy's to buy a salad for my girlfriend when she mentioned how hungry she was. 2) Mazda is donating $150 and the dealership matches that with 1 hour of community service of every vehicle sold to the charity of your choice (out of 4 national and 1 local charity options) in your name! When I bought my car they had already raised over $14 million and had many hours of community service lined up and completed. Great things happening at Mazda and Oxmoor. I highly recommend the dealership and it's wonderful employees. More
Bad Experience Bad and dangerous experience, the dealership never gave the promised 16 point inspection. Within a few days the tire was flat, guy at the service desk said they ordered tires for the car but sold it (to me) before they had the chance to install them, my son waited seven hours and they replaced THREE tires. Missing a day of work. I ASSUMED the remainder of the inspection had been taken care of until a couple months later when the brake fluid light came on. I was out of town so I took it to Good Year who told me it was completely out of brake fluid and had a foreign liquid in there which cost $100. The oil needed changed and the windshield wipers were shot, another $100. Called the Oxmoor Mazda and we both agreed the car was driven on the lot and off the lot without inspection, if those brakes would have went out on my son, he could have been hurt or killed or hurt someone else. Just yesterday we took the car in for an inspection, we got the fourth tire, a few free oil changes and an apology. No restitution for the money we had to sink into it just to get back home safely. More

My new Jeep Compass My sales person, Josh Bredhold was nice and easy going. He was not your typical pushy sales guy. I told him what I could afford and what I wanted. He educated me on the benefits of getting a vehicle with a warranty but still let me make my own voice. I asked him straight out what the bank requires in order for me to get approved at the monthly payment that I wanted . Josh spoke to his manager Ross and then came back and told me to choose a car from their website that was not over X dollar amount and under so many miles. That's exactly what needed to know. No lolly gagging around the issue. He showed me how to determine which vehicles had a warranty and which did not and left me make my choice. I picked out a few and he took those to Ross. Ross was not intimidating at. He is a people person as well and he assured me that he was going to work within my budget. Ross hauled rear big time to stay in my budget and even tough to get me a quality vehicle. It took some time he and Josh did it! Through the whole process they both had me cracking up laughing! You have to meet these two, classic, lol. Both are easy going. I got a great deal and an excellent warranty package. I even got the VIP treatment from day one and I am no big baller. Everybody there greeted me each time that I walked into the store and it always felt sincere.. Thanks Josh and Ross! Shout out to Avery Davis and Gary Duvall, oh yea and the "Sicilian"!
