He worked hard to get us significantly more on our trade-in than any other dealership offered us. He was courteous, friendly, informative, and above all - honest!! Everyone in the dealership worked hard to make us feel welcome, the kids even got to see Santa!! In addition to a new car and a great experience, they donated $150 to Nortons Childrens Hospital in our names as a part of their holiday promotion. Gary told me It was not his fault and I could pay an additional $1200 to fix!! Troy found me a great car no double "car sales" talk. Lawrence filled in for Nathan when I came to pick up the car. Very nice, easy going and helpful. Really enjoyed dealing with him. Due to these 3 would definitely recommend and come back! Only reason I gave a 4 rating was due to Gary. I had to wait over 2 hours on him for signing the paperwork even though I had an appointment. He then tried to sell extended warranty, I said no. He continued hard sale. I said no. After that he would bring it up every chance he could and take "pokes" talk down to me. I was soo angry when I left. Everyone else was great! More
