Service on my rear bumper. I would have to say this was one of my best experiences at Mazda since getting my Mazda 6. John Bishop took care of everything I needed in a fast and I would have to say this was one of my best experiences at Mazda since getting my Mazda 6. John Bishop took care of everything I needed in a fast and professional way. I needed to get my rear bumper painted. He got me in a loaner car until my car was done. He made sure my car was done in a timely matter. He updated me throughout the process until my car was ready to be picked up. Quality of the work was also very good. Great service experience!!! More

A glimpse of what "Customer Service" once was. I received a call from my stepdaughter, a single mom with four little people, Friday morning when her 2003 Mazda MPV decided to lay down on the Watt I received a call from my stepdaughter, a single mom with four little people, Friday morning when her 2003 Mazda MPV decided to lay down on the Watterson while on her way to work. It was towed to a chain service center who quickly realized the problem was beyond their capability and suggested that we take it to a Mazda Dealer. By now there are three family members forming a team to get her through her crisis and on to her job. We then had it towed to Oxmoor Mazda and was greeted by Tim Fulk who became not only our Service Adviser but a team member as well. Tim displayed a level of commitment and customer service that is very rarely seen these days. We were treated as though we had just purchased a new CX-9 rather than bringing in a 13 year old MPV for a difficult repair. Tim's commitment to customer satisfaction coupled with the technicians skill and perseverance resulted in a brighter outlook for a struggling mom just trying to work and provide for her family. More
