7 months later and still yet to receive a refund I was supposed to be mailed a refund for a cancelled service warranty on the car I bought in October 2016. It is now 7 months later and I am yet to re I was supposed to be mailed a refund for a cancelled service warranty on the car I bought in October 2016. It is now 7 months later and I am yet to receive the refund. I made contact multiple times to Mario regarding the issue and was told it was handled. It was only when asked for proof in February 2017 that he replied a week later stating the check was actually never sent to the bank. Once he finally cut the check he sent it to the wrong location. It has now been 7 months and I am still waiting to receive the refund meaning I have been paying interest on money which should have been refunded. The wrong VIN number was also put on my paperwork and the issue went unnoticed for two weeks. I had incorrect documentation and insurance due to their lack of care for customers. What should have been an exciting purchase has turned into, at this point, a 7 month ordeal. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More
