No pressure, no nonsense car shopping I visited this dealership about 9 months ago to test drive the new small Mazda offerings. The salesman showed me the cost breakdown but I didn't have the money lined up to buy. There was no pressure to accept a finance deal I might not have been comfortable with. Meanwhile I did receive periodic letters/email with rebate offers and trade-in deals. When I returned today with an intention to buy, I was pleasantly surprised that multiple rebates were accepted. Both sales (Robert R.) and finance (Tina T.) seemed genuine in their efforts to do right by me. I feel confident that if I have a future car question, Robert will help me. More

I would give negative star This is an update on my previous post. I thought it's easy to buy from them and that's true if you just sign the paper and go and never look back in y This is an update on my previous post. I thought it's easy to buy from them and that's true if you just sign the paper and go and never look back in your lease agreement. I was looking at my lease agreement, reviewing it after a week I found that I have been charged an amount which we were not agreed upon before signing the lease. It was kept separately and asked me to buy maintenance and tire services. I said I can't afford extra money at this time because I'm a student and that will put pressure on me. Later the lady was ready for $10.66 per month for both the coverage. But in the lease agreement paper, she put tire maintenance separately as $733 and maintenance as $314. If they have told me the tire maintenance coverage is $733 I wouldn't buy the coverage and sign the lease. When I asked them to remove the extra coverage that was deceitfully put in there. They refused and said even if I cancel it wouldn't change my monthly lease payment. They say one thing and do the other thing. I called to the Mazda capital services and they said I have to contact the dealer. Dealer already denounced so it makes no sense to contact them. My mistake was that I had to rush because of my baby. I'll never ever buy a car again from Oxmoor Mazda. I didn't know that they take such a deceitful advantage of the situation. I will take my earlier recommendation back and update it as " I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND THE OXMOOR MAZDA AS A GOOD PLACE TO BUY A CAR." More
