Thank you for leaving a review. We are sorry to hear that your vehicle wasn't washed and didn't have a full tank of gas. Certified pre-owned should have a full tank and every vehicle should be completely detailed for delivery. I have alerted our General Manager and he will be getting with Jay to find out why this did not happen. If you can bring the vehicle by during the week we will perform a full detail and provide you with a full tank of gas. Please just give us a call at 502-515-8785 or a text 502-200-1502 when you will be stopping in so we can make sure to have our detail staff ready for you!

Those are dealer installed items so they wouldn't show on the sticker and due to OEM requirements we can not include them in our online price. We do however have them listed within our online express store tool that any customer can access prior to visiting the dealership and it includes a full breakdown of what each item is and it's cost. We are sorry that you weren't able to view them sooner but we do greatly appreciate your business!
