This dealership performed some Recall work on our vehicle. The work itself was satisfactory except that we had a problem with them painting our fender a different color from the rest of the vehicle. vehicle. The fender was damaged in an incident that occurred due to a Suspension System failure which was the reason for the Recall. After several phone calls to them, the Better Business Bureau, the Hyundai Corp., and posting several negative on-line dealer reviews, they telephoned and offered to repaint the fender. That work has now been completed to our satisfaction. It was a shame to have gone thru' all this just to have something done right that should have been right to begin with. More

I have given this rating because I had the worst car buying experience of my life at this place. They completely wasted my time, they lied to me and completely kept jacking the price back up. So, I would go home and they would call me and ask me to come back in, then do the exact same thing to me again. I wasted so many hours trying to buy a Hyundai. The price somehow went up almost 5000 dollars by the time we were done. I got to the point to where I realized that I dreaded even driving by there. So I moved on and bought a different car. DO NOT GO THERE, SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE> Good luck! More

We have had so many problems with this dealership. They don't follow through on their promises, they do not put the lug nuts back on when they rotate your tires, they claimed to change the oil yet the oil don't follow through on their promises, they do not put the lug nuts back on when they rotate your tires, they claimed to change the oil yet the oil was still dirty and unchanged.
