Really good experience; the most important thing was the no pressure sales. Steve was very helpful and answered all questions and concerns. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I had an excellent experience purchasing a vehicle from Rick Hoover. He knows his job very well and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. When I saw a used car I was interested in purchasing from this dealership, I called them to find out more about the car because I live 2 hours away. I did not want to drive all that way to find out it wasn' this dealership, I called them to find out more about the car because I live 2 hours away. I did not want to drive all that way to find out it wasn't going to be a good fit. I specifically asked if there was any external or internal damage to the car, including rust. I was told at first that he did not know and that he would look for me and send me a video(s) and/or picture(s) of the car. I received the videos and it was awful quality, so I spoke to him again. I explained it was impossible for me to tell what was wrong with it and he proceeded to tell me there was a small scrape on the right-side rear of the vehicle, but no rust. I figured it might be worth driving there to look at it. I drove 2 hours to find out, there wasn't just a scrape, but a large dent and rust, along with another relatively large externally damaged area on the left front-side. I was furious! I spoke to this gentleman about the condition of the vehicle and he was very rude stating he sent me a video and that I should have known. So, it was obvious he didn't care that he misled/lied to me. I proceeded to ask for the manager. The manager met me outside by the vehicle and I started explaining what had happened. When I showed him the damage on the front left-side which I wasn't informed about, he stated that it really was not minor damage. Then, when I showed him the rear right-side, he looked furious. He apologized profusely about what his sales rep. had done. I was very pleased that he seemed sympathetic to my situation, however, he did nothing about it. He didn't even offer to pay for all the money I spent on fuel driving to Louisville. With today's cost of fuel, this would have been nice compensation and would have shown integrity on his and his dealerships part. I am very disappointed in this dealership and do not recommend them at all. I highly suggest anyone stay away from them because you most likely will be lied to and treated rudely and unfairly. I hope this sell's rep. was at least disciplined by the manager in some way shape or form. More

Do not buy! If you have a problem once you sign the contract they wont return a call. No one calls back, i have a new car with expired paper tags, hyundai finance has no paperwork, and I cant get anyon contract they wont return a call. Im new to Oxmoor Hyundai and recently went to do my regularly scheduled maintenance. At my old dealership i had to call to schedule service appointments, but at Oxmoor I was able to do it very easily f regularly scheduled maintenance. At my old dealership i had to call to schedule service appointments, but at Oxmoor I was able to do it very easily from their website, plus one for them. Once i went in I was welcomed by a gentleman named Jeff who was very helpful. The process was smooth and no complaints or criticism to give. Because of this, i felt compelled to give accolades to their service team. Thanks again Jeff for your help, ill see you in 10k miles :) More
