Do not buy! If you have a problem once you sign the contract they wont return a call. No one calls back, i have a new car with expired paper tags, hyundai finance has no paperwork, and I cant get anyon contract they wont return a call. Im new to Oxmoor Hyundai and recently went to do my regularly scheduled maintenance. At my old dealership i had to call to schedule service appointments, but at Oxmoor I was able to do it very easily f regularly scheduled maintenance. Once i went in I was welcomed by a gentleman named Jeff who was very helpful. The process was smooth and no complaints or criticism to give. Tracy Leatherwood helped me get all set up online to process the loan app. When I came in everything was ready and he had several cars for me to choose from that met my requirements. Tracy went over all the details on the car and was very thorouh and professional. Every concern in the process was handled with knowledge and every question was answered. 10 min on paper work and while waiting for the finance manager Jeff, we were greeted by a customer service person and he was very professional and nice.
