Very UPSET I have NEVER been treated as badly or rudely as I was treated today at the Oxmoor Hyundai store, I tool my Grand Caravan to them cause they rear hatch I have NEVER been treated as badly or rudely as I was treated today at the Oxmoor Hyundai store, I tool my Grand Caravan to them cause they rear hatch was leaking and the front tires that they had put on the van when we bought it less than 2 weeks ago were a very poor tire, They were very noisy and they also caused us to slide on wet roads, One of the people that checked my van today, even tried to tell me he couldnt feel any of the headliner wet, I showed him exactly where it was and he finally said he could feel it a little. The service dept man hopes he fixed it, but they wont do anything about the tires, said that there was nothing that could be done about them that they had miles on them now, I guess I should have said SAFE TIRES in our contract. The van did not do that until they put these tires on the van, NOW I Have a 19,000 van that I am scared to drive on wet roads.............. More

When I went in they told me they could not do it for the price he quoted on the car or payments. Tried to get me to buy other cars instead. I took me leaving to go to Kia to get them to come close to the original deal and still screwed me on my trade in. Will not use this dealer again. Love the car just not the dealership. More

I've taken the car back for service twice (for the same issue) and I've been told they don't see a problem. It vibrates at 70 m.p.h. and feels like it is out of alighment or something. More

Great Experience with Eric Apel I went online just looking for another car although I only had 1 year left on it was a Ford 500 over 100,000 miles and i was starting to spend money o I went online just looking for another car although I only had 1 year left on it was a Ford 500 over 100,000 miles and i was starting to spend money on it and once you start spending never stops. I looked online at some cars that interested me and was contacted by Tony Wilson via internet and we setup a time for me to look at cars. My salesman Eric Apel was awesome when I was on the test drive he was very honest about the features and what sold me was the gas mileage and it would be less expensive. He really worked to get me a deal , yeah I paid a little more than I wanted but I have a remaining warranty and I really love my Hyundai Sonata. I had to take it back for a few small things but Eric made sure that I had a good replacement vehicle until my repairs were done. I would highly recommend Eric he's AWESOME.
