Our Salesman, Scott Bell, was great to work with, and very concerned with some issues I was inquiring about. He definitely went above and beyond the call of duty! The finance person was also great to deal with. In fact, I called Mr. Stewart, the manager, on 10/6/2015, to tell him what a great job his employees had done. They definitely deserve "gold stars" for their customer service. A super organization. More
2014 Santa Fe Went to their website and saw where they had lowered the listed price on a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe by over $7000. Decided to go by early on a Saturday Went to their website and saw where they had lowered the listed price on a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe by over $7000. Decided to go by early on a Saturday before going to the lake and check it out. We had planned to also check out similar equipped vehicles, Mazda CX-9, Toyota Highlander, Honda, Chevy, etc. We wanted a third row (grandchildren) and one with towing package (for boat), at a minimum. Was handed off from the Internet POC to Rabi Joseph. Told him our situation, that we wanted to drive the car, kick the tires and then go on our way. A funny thing happened on the way to the lake - we bought the car. Rabi was one of the more knowledgeable and nicer salesmen that we have met. He was patient with us, answered all our questions without fail, and explained all the features of the car without having to bad mouth his competitors. After realizing that this car met our wishes, and remembering all the pain that we had endured dealing with various car salesmen 2 years ago when we went through this process, we worked a deal with Paul. We hope that the service guys will be as responsive as the sales team has been to keep the 5 stars. More

Service to my Elantra I have been having intermittent problems with my car starting. When first brought in I was told that they could not diagnosis it because it wasn't doi I have been having intermittent problems with my car starting. When first brought in I was told that they could not diagnosis it because it wasn't doing it then. When it did it again 5 days later I brought it in and they kept it 5 days without even test driving it until the last day. I told them how to possibly recreate the problem and pretty sure they did not do that because when I picked up my still unfixed car it did it again the very next day. During those 5 days there I had to rent a car which they said even though my car was under warranty Hyundai would not pay for it...I was put on a run around about a loaner when in fact I was told when I bought my car that if it had to come in and stay for a extended period over 24 hours I would get a loaner...well I didn't. I was told over and over again it was out of his hands..and oh by the way my technician was Steve Orndorff. I think he could have asked someone something but didn't. He gave his number to call if my car ever did it again and he would send someone to me...well when it did happen obviously I could not get a hold of him and the only time my calls were retuned was one time out of 5 different times that I called and left messages. I was eventually told that my battery was at 51% so that was probably the problem, but not suggested to change it until the day I was leaving there with my broken car.. This was the worse experience I have ever encountered anywhere. I called today to try to get the price of replacing my battery and the lady in service quickly sent me to parts and parts quickly sent me back and then I never got an answer from service. I have now taken my car to Tire Discounters for a battery in hopes that is the only problem, which everyone that has looked at my car doubts..but since my car is under warranty I cant let anyone else really fix it. I have loved my Hyundai but is experience has led me to believe I have made a mistake in owning one. I have always owned Toyotas and I am assuming there is a reason for that. I am probably pretty sure I won't hear back from anyone there regarding this horrible experience...but I have had to put out money for a rental car, and now a battery that you all wouldn't even talk to me about today. Again HORRIBLE customer service! More

Felt like I was dealing with amateurs Neither the salesman nor the sales manager could answer simple questions. I had to find the answers by googling the questions. The sales manager came off as a bit shady, and rarely directly answered any questions. When confronted, he just continued to answer in a circular manner and he sure did not work for my business, The salesman was friendly but because he has only been there a short time, he really was not knowledgeable about the products. I bought a car because I liked the car and not because I felt confident in the dealership. More

My wife and I have a new 2016 Elantra Value Edition with which we are VERY happy! Concerning the service dept. experience, Chris (I don't know his last name) was TOTALLY impressive!! He was just as thorough and professional and detail oriented as I would be with my own prized possession!! I do wish that we had more employees like these three people where my wife and I work!!
