Concern for the customer, courteous and warm I felt very comfortable the minute I walked into the dealership. I originally was just going to see what I could get for my Tucson as a trade in. I I felt very comfortable the minute I walked into the dealership. I originally was just going to see what I could get for my Tucson as a trade in. I at that point had no intentions on trading. After being greeted by Danielle Bischoff and talking with her briefly she was able to ease my fears of starting the process of purchasing or leasing a new car. I actually was going to settle on a used car. However Danielle and the GM presented me with the option of leasing a car which was very attractive. I'm very happy with their professionalism and concern for me as a customer.
