HYUNDAI ACCENT MY SALESMAN JASON GOSS WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE & TOOK TIME TO SHOW THE CAR TO US. I LIKED THAT THERE WAS NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS INVOLVED, JUST S MY SALESMAN JASON GOSS WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE & TOOK TIME TO SHOW THE CAR TO US. I LIKED THAT THERE WAS NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS INVOLVED, JUST STRAIGHT UP FRONT PRICING NO DEALER ADD ONS OR OTHER PRICING GAMES PLAYED. THE GUY IN FINANCE WAS FRIENDLY & WAS UPFRONT WITH ALL NUMBERS ON THE SALE CONTRACT. THE ONLY NEGATIVE ABOUT THE DEALERSHIP WAS THE HIGH COST FOR THE DOC & PROCESSING FEES OF $699.00. MOST DEALERSHIPS PLAY THIS GAME ANYMORE WHICH IS JUST ADDED PROFIT, BUT MANY BUYERS DON'T CATCH ON CAUSE THE PAPERWORK IS SHUFFLED QUICKLY & YOU SIGN SO MANY FORMS DURING THE PROCESS THESE FEES GO UNNOTICED. ANYWAY THE PRICE ON THE CAR WAS SO GOOD THAT I DROVE 3 HOURS TO THIS DEALERSHIP TO MAKE THE PURCHASE. I CHECKED THEIR DOC & PROCESSING FEES BEFORE I MADE THE TRIP SO THEIR WAS NO SURPRISES. He was patient as I discussed options with my husband who is deployed overseas, making multiple visits to the finance department to show me different financing options and payment plans. Great experience at Oxmoor My saleperson, Brian was exceptional. I did spend more time than expected because financing took forever! After I got home, I realized that my car did not have a utility mat. When I returned, they made sure that it was replaced. Highly recommend. Would have liked more instruction on Navigation...like setting up destinations and using BlueLink. My existing car did not have those features. More

Aggresive I would probably recommend the dealership to a friend but I would have to tell them to ready for the most aggressive sales staff that I have ever met I would probably recommend the dealership to a friend but I would have to tell them to ready for the most aggressive sales staff that I have ever met and I have purchased 5 cars in my life time. I do feel I got a fair price on the car I bought and the one I traded in so I have no complaints and I do like the car I bought. I also do not want any negative comments to be a reflection of the service I received the sales person Jason Goss. I feel he treated me very well and would recommend him to a friend. More
