Just wished I had more information on service contracts. Though it worked in my favor. Park Federal Credit Union, had a better deal than a dealer would be able to offer. On some of these survey questions: did your salesperson show how work items on car, you can 't have time to go over all items, and car been in lot, so the wind shield was little dirty. In all fairness, I didn't get the information on how things work every detail on the car, but that is ok. I knew I could read the manual and it was late in evening when we finished. He stayed over and had gas in car so I could take it home the same night. I just called, today, found a six in cut in carpet under passenger seat and told bring right in tomorrow, he is even staying later so he can view it. Great salesperson. More

Our sales representative (Brian Koehler) was very helpful and easy to work with as was Paul Anderson (Sales Manager); very professional, no high pressure tactics, making the entire experience a pleasant one. I believe we received a fair deal and would highly recommend Oxmoor Hyundai and this team. So far (with 188 miles on the odometer) the Sonata has been great! More

I LIKED THAT THERE WAS NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS INVOLVED, JUST STRAIGHT UP FRONT PRICING NO DEALER ADD ONS OR OTHER PRICING GAMES PLAYED. THE GUY IN FINANCE WAS FRIENDLY & WAS UPFRONT WITH ALL NUMBERS ON THE SALE CONTRACT. THE ONLY NEGATIVE ABOUT THE DEALERSHIP WAS THE HIGH COST FOR THE DOC & PROCESSING FEES OF $699.00. MOST DEALERSHIPS PLAY THIS GAME ANYMORE WHICH IS JUST ADDED PROFIT, BUT MANY BUYERS DON'T CATCH ON CAUSE THE PAPERWORK IS SHUFFLED QUICKLY & YOU SIGN SO MANY FORMS DURING THE PROCESS THESE FEES GO UNNOTICED. ANYWAY THE PRICE ON THE CAR WAS SO GOOD THAT I DROVE 3 HOURS TO THIS DEALERSHIP TO MAKE THE PURCHASE. I CHECKED THEIR DOC & PROCESSING FEES BEFORE I MADE THE TRIP SO THEIR WAS NO SURPRISES. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU CHECK OXMOOR OUT FOR YOUR NEXT HYUNDAI PURCHASE. More
