I do apologize for the wait, I don't have your name so I don't know when you purchased. We did hire a second finance manager to help cut down the wait times. As for the tax bill that has nothing to do with the dealership. Taxes are to be paid by whoever owned the vehicle on January 1st of that year. If there is anything we can do to help make you feel better about our dealership please let me know and I will see what we can do.
