Started off bad but a certain someone fixed it :) I bought a brand new Hyundai Tucson 2016 around the month of December that started to have transmission and electrical errors in May. I had ALOT of tr I bought a brand new Hyundai Tucson 2016 around the month of December that started to have transmission and electrical errors in May. I had ALOT of trouble with the service dept. (called for 2 weeks left voicemails and nobody returned any of my calls). I decided to just take my car in and leave it there while I went on vacation (so other people had to drive me places I needed to be) for a week. When I called to come and get it nobody knew where my keys were or if it was even ready to be picked up. I waited and kept calling everyday (every time I called it was going to be ready "the next day" so I would call the next day and they kept putting it off). Instead of talking to the Service dept. I had to talk to the new sales manager (Gene LeFever) who had no idea that this was happening. He had fixed EVERYTHING within 2 days and when I came to pick it up it was clean and in perfect condition. He apologized and made everything better. Mr. LeFever is an outstanding Manager and knows how to get the job done and I greatly appreciate what he has done for me. He was a brand new manager and shouldn't of had to deal with a service dept. job but he helped me out anyways. Thank you Gene! More

We were not looking forward to having to go through the awkward, painful experience of pushy salesmen trying to sell us something we couldn't afford or didn't want. This was not the case with Alex. He was quite the opposite from his very first approach. We felt relaxed and felt like he was just our friend showing us around a lot of cars. He was easy to talk to and was cautious of what we wanted but knowing what we could afford. I would absolutely recommend him to any one in need of a new car. More
