Satisfied with purchase experience I am overall satisfied with my experience at oxmoor Hyundai. Tuscons for my children Internet Ad showed an SE base model; called dealership talked to CT was informed one was available. When I got there it was already sold, saw custom Internet Ad showed an SE base model; called dealership talked to CT was informed one was available. When I got there it was already sold, saw customer drive away in it. No problem though dealership was able to locate two ( one for daughter and one for son). CT was good to work with during the "negotiating" process, aided in getting every possible discount available. The next morning it was decided to upgrade to the Limited. Called CT at 8:30 am on Saturday to inform him of decision by 9:30am received call from Geno at dealership letting me know the price difference between the SE and Limited. Returned to dealership at noon drove off in two new Tucson Limited later that day. Would highly recommend dealership. Reason I did not give an excellent rating is due to the time it took for the paper work to be completed between saying YES to the deal and heading to the payment. It was two plus hours. I've had some follow up questions and CT was quick with the answers. Nancy More

My 3rd lease with Hyundai I had the pleasure of working with CT with this last lease of mine. I have driven Hyundai now for 6 years and this is my 3rd time leasing with them. Although the "negotiating" started off a little rocky, I was extremely pleased with the end-result. CT did everything he could to make things smooth. love my new car I think it would be helpful if a follow up visit could be scheduled, after you drove the car for maybe 2 weeks or so and you are more familiar with so I think it would be helpful if a follow up visit could be scheduled, after you drove the car for maybe 2 weeks or so and you are more familiar with some of the bell and whistles, to show you all the rest of the gizmos that are on the vehicle that you would not access right away.Some of us are not able to take in all those new electronic features that might come much easier to a person with more computer knowledge, as you can tell my age is showing a little bit ;) More
