A few issues were, that the vehicle model in the color that we wanted was unavailable so a upgrade Our overall experience at the dealership was great! A few issues were, that the vehicle model in the color that we wanted was unavailable so a upgrade of the tech package was purchased so we could get it in silver and that it took to long to get them to close the deal which nearly made us leave and go to another dealership that already had the exact model and color that we wanted. We signed the paperwork after the service department closed so we did not have a chance to meet the staff. Top notch car buying experience Salesman Cal Yamaguchi politely questioned me to see what I was looking for in size, features and cost then led me to the car that was the best fit ( Salesman Cal Yamaguchi politely questioned me to see what I was looking for in size, features and cost then led me to the car that was the best fit ( Genesis G-80). He shared his knowledge of the product and invited me to examine in detail as much as I wished. As soon as it was clear that we may have a real candidate Cal invited me to take a meaningful/representative test drive. I was allowed to test the car in tight traffic, narrow back streets and for several miles on busy highway - this was MUCH better than the short "hops" I was taken on at other dealers that I had shopped. Once it was determined that I was seriously interested Cal and CT Thomas invited me to take the car home overnight to show my wife and run it around our home area - Great selling tool ! While negotiating cost, preparing paperwork etc. several different employees offered me coffee or water, restroom directions and so on being sure that I was comfortable during the process. Cal Yamaguchi was especially helpful answering ALL my questions some of which he had to run off and check with other sources/experts. Overall excellent treatment at Oxmoor Hyundai. More
