Overall happy with my purchase. I love the vehicle. I'm overall happy with my purchase but I feel that the experience wasn't as pleasant as a purchase I made through oxmoor chrysler in 2016. The salesman was filling put paperwork before I even agreed to buy the vehicle. Interest rates and payments were not immediately disclosed and kept having to ask about it without a straight forward answer. The gap contract was not signed or even given to me until a couple days later when I noticed it was not with my copy of the paperwork and returned to the dealer. The extended warranty that i was sold, wasn't completely explained to me and the finance person said that he would send me an email with more details, which I still haven't recieved. The vehicle under the hood looked as if it had been sitting for a while but the outside was obviously cleaned. These are all minor considering the staff was very friendly and somewhat trust worthy and I was able to get the vehicle price exactly where I wanted after several back and forth negotiations. More

no GPS and map and trip card I took possession of my car Oct 31st. Today is Oct 9th and the GPS and map cards are not installed. I was told that the parts would be in Louisville I took possession of my car Oct 31st. Today is Oct 9th and the GPS and map cards are not installed. I was told that the parts would be in Louisville a day or two after a picked up my car. I am taking a trip in 4 days and will expect to have the GPS and map card installed or given a car for the trip. The dealsership knew I was going to take the trip when the car was delivered. More

The salesman asked what it would take for me to purchase the car today & I told him. He checked with the sales manager & said "You Win". I was very excited, as this is my 2nd Hyundai. In total, this was a 4 1/2 hour process...quite long. The finance manager explained in detail every page of the paperwork, until the last page, which has the trade & financing. I discovered I was shorted $2,000 on the trade-in amount I was promised...very disappointed. My husband & I made the trip back to Louisville (a 3 hour trip) to check on this & was advisesd by the finance manager "they will not give you $10,000 for your trade-in". I really like my car, but quite disappointed overall in the purchase experience. More
