After she determined the style and color I wanted we took a test drive. Before I stepped into the car she explained everything from the engine to the back hatch. After a very informative test drive, she worked to get me financing with the monthly payments I was looking for. A few days after the sale I received a follow up call to see how everything was going. I would definitely recommend Oxmoor Hyundai and Katie Harmon to anyone looking for a new or used auto. More

I felt like a mistake on my end was taken advantage of I think the best review is probably based on what is the gut feeling afterward when you recall the experience. Originally, I left feeling pretty good even though my wife pointed out that no one had offered to help walk us through all the car's capabilities, so I've spent some time reading the owner's manual trying to figure out how to use the new technology the car offered. I think what really soured the event is that afterward I realized I'd made a mistake on my end with my trade in and I felt like they took advantage of my mistake by not stepping up to tell me. I originally did not plan to trade in and while I had taken time to research the car I wanted to buy, I'd only quickly looked at the trade in value of my Camry as I'd planned to offer my car to my sister at a price below trade in value to help her. She was having difficulty coming up with the money and let me know I could go ahead with a trade in or sell the car outright if she wasn't able to come up with the money in time. I mentioned all of this to the salesman at Oxmoor Hyundai and he asked what I was selling it to her for and I told him. My wife commented at that time that the price sounded too low. Anyway, we went for a couple of test drives and to make a long story short he then offered to make the deal happen by throwing out the number I'd offered the car to my sister for. With looking at several cars, finance options and lots of numbers bouncing around my head and never intending to trade it to begin with, I got confused and forgot that this price was actually about $400 below the trade in value of the car based on Kelly Blue Book, but again, the price was to help a relative. I have to believe they knew that what I'd offered to sell the car to my sister for was below the trade in value and that just sticks with me. A partnership of trust has to be built on integrity, not 'getting one over' on the person you are working with and so I believe they should have come back and offered the fair trade in value, which is still a few thousand dollars less than they will eventually sell that Camry for. I put part of the blame on myself for getting sucked into the sale when I had full intention of going home to think it over, then coming back the following day. Now after the fact I feel embarrassed to admit to my wife that I threw away some of our money by making a mistake. But bottom line is you have to feel like you have a real partnership with the seller so after this, I won't use nor recommend any of the Oxmoor group. Rich Walker New Albany, Indiana More

Dont promise a full tank of gas and then not fill it up. I was told that we would get a full tank of gas in our car especially after we just purchased a brand new vehicle from them.
