Oxmoor Ford service was excellent on my 2021 Escape Fleet vehicle. Service was quick and Josh in service was cordial and efficient. I waited while the oil was changed and the tires rotated. The service waiting area was clean and offered waters and coffee if interested. Soft drink machines and snacks available if interested too. Bob from the dealership called me the morning of service (2/19/2024) to see if I would like them to pick up my car and bring it back to my house once service completed! I didn’t know they offer this. That’s very nice. I had other appointments after so I didn’t need them to do this. More
