Service Department is awful First, Marlene is the ONLY person in the service department who knows anything. I waited five and a half hours for them to find and replace a Goodyear First, Marlene is the ONLY person in the service department who knows anything. I waited five and a half hours for them to find and replace a Goodyear Wrangler tire that was under warranty (The SECOND tire I've had to replace because Goodyear Wrangler tires SUCK). Never once did they ask if I needed a ride. THEN they wanted to charge me. Some dunce named Barry wasn't sure the warranty covered the tire. THAT'S why we bought the warranty! Duh! More
