That is probably correct. We have refused to use this dealer since. Our vehicle is currently at knox ford and has been for 2 days due to the fact that our vehicle was so far out of alignment that they are having trouble getting it right. They said that it is the worst they've seen. We have spoken with your dealership and been told they are not going to help. We have since then contacted ford motor company and have a pending case with them.

This is correct. You serviced the vehicle at 15000 miles and did alignment. It was wrong. We brought it back they attempted to fix it. When we left it was still wrong but better than the first time. Wedidnt want them to continue to mess up the vehicle so refused to take it back. We took it to knox for its next scheduled maintenance and told them about the alignment that you guys did that messed up the vehicle. They are now trying to fix it.

I do apologize. I dont know that there is anything that can be done since the time between service was over six months. My GM is not in today however I will go over all of this with him tomorrow when he returns and will see what we can do. Again I do apologize for all of this and wish I could do more but will get back to you as soon as I speak with him.

Hello AshRaff, I was very sorry to hear of this unfortunate incident. As soon as the error was brought to my attention I have checked all of our systems and now have a ticket open with our tech team to try and determine how this happened. As I explained previously, this vehicle is online for $43,994 as I am sure you saw upon finding the vehicle initially. The vehicle has never been priced at this price online as it is a lightly used Platinum Crew Cab 4wd with nearly every option available on it. The e-brochure sent did not have the correct information and I do apologize for that, there is a disclaimer at the bottom which states "Some vehicle information and vehicle pricing may be unintentionally missing or inaccurate" which we do to protect ourselves in case the system fails. If we could honor the mistake I assure you that we would however it is less than half the price that we are asking and that is advertised on all websites including our site where you initially saw the vehicle. It was an error somewhere in the system and unfortunately there is nothing that anyone can or could have done to know before hand. Sometimes these things happen as computers systems are not perfect and we ourselves are not perfect. Again I do apologize for the mistake, wish it had never happened and wish we could have done more to make up for it. You are welcome to contact me to discuss and hopefully we can try to make this right. I do wish you luck in finding a vehicle and regret that an error caused us to lose your trust. I initially found this vehicle on either craigslist or a different auto site with no price. The only price I ever saw was the one listed in the link. I did not know you have it listed otherwise for twice the price. I did know the asking price was under blue book once I looked it up which is why I questioned it. If you would like to make it right the only thing I can say is to let me know your absolute lowest dollar on what you could do for us on this truck. When I was e-mailing back and fourth I stated I was in search of a 4 door truck under $25,000 initially. So it is hard to believe that the price difference was not caught then.
