My wife and I visited Oxmoor Ford as a direct result of corresponding with Keith Rice by email. He was the main reason we proceeded to buy the used Ford Edge parked on the lot. Chad was an outstanding person to work with in Finance. I left feeling he had done the best job he could to get the best deal for my wife and I. Terry Swaney made sure the car was ready when we arrived and did a very professional job of explaining all the operational features of the vehicle at time of delivery. Good team effort! This is the second vehicle I've bought in the last 3 years from the Oxmoor Automotive Group. Overall experience has far exceeded my past experience with another huge car dealership in Louisville selling GMC's, Infinity, Cadillac, and Buick vehicles. More
