They care absolutely nothing about providing good customer service once they have your cash in their pocket. After a used car purchase the registration arrived, but no license plate. The title clerk couldn't be bothered to pull the actual file to see if the paperwork was filled out correctly, or check to see if the plate was there. Emails were opened by others requesting that they follow-up on the issue, but ignored...never an answer. I am a member of a "Ford family" my father was a retiree, so I do show brand loyalty. It was my idea that we go to Oxmoor Ford to get my fiance's car, and we did find something he liked, BUT the lack of customer service will keep me from ever returning, and has left me keeping my mouth shut when my brother recommends Bill Collins Ford since his purchase...and since then, two sisters have also purchased from Bill Collins based on his recommendation. I will pass Bill Collins' name along whenever someone asks if I recommend a dealer, and will be going there for my next purchase, and will be sure to warn others of the issues with Oxmoor Ford. More

I found a new truck online. I was contacted by their internet sales representative who asked me to come in for an appraisal. I arrived and was met at the door by Jamie. Jamie assisted me through the whole processed and helped me exceed the price I had already researched and worked at another dealership. He cut $1,000 from the best price I had found. Within an hour I had worked the deal and started the paperwork. He then had the finance guy Chad come over and introduce himself. He assured me I would be out of the dealership in 30 minutes and I was - new truck in hand. Best car buying experience I have ever had - ask for Jamie, you will not be dissappointed. More
