This service made me decide to buy foreign from here on out. To bad horrible service can ruin good cars. The management at this dealership does not care about customers at all. Plan on having deep pockets out. To bad horrible service can ruin good cars. The management at this dealership does not care about customers at all. I took my vehicle which has less than 20k miles into the local dealership due to no audio. Bluetooth and Sync works perfectly, just no sound. I took my truck into another dealership in Central Florida prior local dealership due to no audio. Bluetooth and Sync works perfectly, just no sound. I took my truck into another dealership in Central Florida prior to bring it to Oxmoor. The central Florida dealer pulled the radio out and said it was a faulty module. Due to the ordering of part, it would take 2 days to arrive. I was informed by the central Florida dealer to take my vehicle to any other dealer and they would be able toorder the part which is under warranty. Upon arriving to Oxmoor on 7/5, met with Zach , tech pulled out radio tested speakers and after waiting 5 hours..Zach tells me, he would order the part and it's under warranty. 3 days go by and still no call or response from the service guy Zach. I called and stopped by on a cold visit, to hear Zach tell me the part is on back order and he could tell me a delivery date. Week and half goes by still no response or part. Called Zach today to get a status update, to find out the ball was dropped and has never been ordered. Also to find out the part is not covered under warranty because of a sticky residue. This made me furious!!! Not only have I been waiting a week not including the 5 hrs in the lobby upon inspection but this guy telling me a sticky residue is on the module behind the dashboard which caused the part to stop working. My question was, " why didn't the central Florida dealer say this"', " why would you tell me you're ordering the part when you never attempted", or how about ," why didn't you tell me about this so called residue on day one when you pulled out the radio"?????? After speaking with the parts manager Billy Blout who claims he say it with his own eyes yet didn't tell me the owner of car of the so called residue. This dealership is full of shit if you ask me. my concern is the locals here who take the car to this place and has been ripped off day in and day out. To confirm this is bullshit by the dealer taking it to another local dealer in Louisville the part was inspected and now ordered under warranty. Please beware of the service department. Again I say BEWARE More
Just brought a 2005 Ford Focus (as is) on July 6, 2012 around 7:00pm for my 18 year old daughter. Sunday July 8, 2012 my daughter was driving to work and noticed the check engine light appeared and staye around 7:00pm for my 18 year old daughter. Sunday July 8, 2012 my daughter was driving to work and noticed the check engine light appeared and stayed on. My husband went to get the car from my daughters work and took it to AuntoZone for a diagnostic test and it stated "there is a defect in the catalytic converter", of course this is going to cost a PRETTY PENNY. I cannot believe that this dealership will crust a young girl first car experience DREAM. *******I WILL NEVER BUY, RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE!!!******* More
We recently purchased our very first new car. We worked hard to educate ourselves and be informed buyers prior to our visit to the dealership. Upon driving home from the dealership, we realized that our b hard to educate ourselves and be informed buyers prior to our visit to the dealership. Upon driving home from the dealership, we realized that our brand new 2012 car had no cruise control. Since we assumed that this was a standard feature, we did not look for it during our test drive. We feel that this is something that should have been mentioned. We purchased this car based on its MPG so no cruise control is unsatisfactory. We will not get the max. MPG without cruise control. Also, we were told that we would need to set up our satellite radio trial subscription through Sirius. After going back and forth with Sirius and the dealership we just found out that the car does not even have the satellite radio installed. Overall, not a positive first car buying experience. I will not recommend Oxmoor Ford Lincoln Mercury to friends and family. More
We received great customer service when buying our Limited Escape Hybrid from Missy Boyd at Oxmoor Ford. She was friendly and made buying the vehicle enjoyable. However, having the vehicle serviced Limited Escape Hybrid from Missy Boyd at Oxmoor Ford. She was friendly and made buying the vehicle enjoyable. However, having the vehicle serviced at Oxmoor Ford has been a totally different experience. The business practices and charges are shaddy at best. When I contacted the Sales Manager, Jim McAfee, to question why I was charged two diagnosis fees in one visit (one being charged to me since the issue found was not covered by my "premium care extended warranty", the other being charged to the warranty company for an issue that was covered by the warranty), he had the nerve to raise his voice at me and speak to me in a condescending tone as if I were a child. When I told him that we would not be returning to buy another vehicle there in the future, he stated that if I came in TODAY to buy a new car, he would return the diagnosis fee in question! One word: SHADY! Take your vehicle elsewhere for service. More

It didnt go very great at first but they called me back after I left and the experience was by far the best as far as dealerships. The sales manager actually came out and talked to me face to face instead of having the salesman be the middle man. They gave me a great price for my trade (by far the best in louisville)and sold me a truck well under book value. I will definately use them again in the future. More

My wife and I are helping a young single mother find and purchase a dependable, economical used car. She saw a 2003 Ford Focus advertised on this dealer's website for $5,995 that seemed a good fit. She went purchase a dependable, economical used car. She saw a 2003 Ford Focus advertised on this dealer's website for $5,995 that seemed a good fit. She went to her bank and got pre-approval for a loan. We drove nearly an hour to Oxmoor Ford, looked the car over and did a test drive. The car, indeed, seemed to be what she was looking for. We asked what the lowest price they would take was. Not only would they not come off the advertised price ( which certainly is the seller's right), but they wanted to tack on an additional $598 fee -- in essence, making the price $6,592! I'm certain they've run this by their lawyers to make sure it's legal, but it strikes me as a really sleazy tactic. I'll have nothing to do with Oxmoor Ford in the future. This "price-inflation" tactic is why I give the dealership low ratings. More
I personally had a great experience working with Mike Konrad at Oxmoor Ford. Not only did I get rid of my demon car that was getting ready to eat into our bank account heavily, he sold me a great 2007 K Konrad at Oxmoor Ford. Not only did I get rid of my demon car that was getting ready to eat into our bank account heavily, he sold me a great 2007 Kia with only 37,000 miles on it!!! And we are rolling into 2012 tomorrow people!!! I would reccomend his services to anyone and everyone, he was great. When I didn't think I could get financed, he got me financed. When I didn't think anyone would even take my trade-in, he did even though I was upside down on my loan. When I didn't think I could afford a newer car, he showed me I could. He is down to earth, he isn't pushy, he knows what he is talking about and doesn't just feed you crap like most car salesman. He actually looks out for your best interest and we appreciated that. If you ever need help and think you're helpless, go to Oxmoor Ford and ask for Mike. We did and we couldn't be happier. My fiance and I will be customers for life. More
Mike Konrad was great all around! He was so down to earth and made us feel like he really cared about our situation and helped us find the best car and give us the best deal that met our financial needs. He and made us feel like he really cared about our situation and helped us find the best car and give us the best deal that met our financial needs. He worked for hours assisting us and negotiating with the banks to ensure that he gave us the best deal possible. He earned our business in future car needs for our family and anyone else that we may encounter that needs another car. Thanks again Mike you were awesome! You aren't like most car salesmen that just care about the sale, you actually care about the customer and our needs. We know it wasn't easy given our budget issues, etc. but in the end you were able to give us a better car than we had at a price we could afford. We can't thank you enough for how hard you worked to get us in our new car, and we love it! More
