I have never seen a more disinterested “service” staff. Pulled in not a soul greeted me I approached the only person not on their phone or with their nose in the computer told him I had a 10:30 appointment Pulled in not a soul greeted me I approached the only person not on their phone or with their nose in the computer told him I had a 10:30 appointment was gruffly told to see someone at another desk. Again no greeting was told that it would take about an hour and was directed to the visitor lounge. After about 90 minutes I saw my truck pulled up and waited about five minutes for someone to let me know what was going on. I went to the “service” advisor and was told he was waiting on my paperwork. I really felt like he thought he was doing me a favor. The only remotely conversational exchange was when he asked me to give him a good review. I’ve had service there before and at other dealerships but I will most definitely going back to Tri-County or Bill Collin’s for future work. More
