This dealer did our schdeduled maintenance on our new F-150 at 15,000 miles and said that our truck was out of alignment. When they were finished with the truck, the steering wheel was turned to the left F-150 at 15,000 miles and said that our truck was out of alignment. When they were finished with the truck, the steering wheel was turned to the left and the truck drove terribly. When we took it back to get it fixed they said the machine must have been off so they would fix it. The truck was never out of alignment the first time, yet they loosened the front end to get it back into alignment. When they were done the second time, the truck was "better" but still pulled to the left. We took it to a different dealer to get an alignment and they said it was the worst they had seen. In the meantime, our left tire was worn out due to the error from Oxmoor. When contacted, they said they could not help us with repairing the tires. I will never come back to this dealer again!!!!! We bought this truck brand new and when we left after the alignment at 15,000 miles it drove like a 1960s piece of junk! Stay away from their service department and management. More

I must say we had a great experience at Oxmoor Lincoln. I bought a MKX- 2013 while I was on vacation the week of May 27. Our sales rep was Doug Dickinson he didn't pressure us at all. He is very on top of his job. I would refer anyone to Doug D. My only complained is this is the 2nd time I have to bring my MKX back for a repair. 1st time interior issues 2nd time I'm scheduled for June 7 for vibration in the steering wheel. Other than that a very great exprience. Loaner cars have always been available and ready for me. I would buy another car from Doug. Thanks Lorena White More
I went in to the dealer to check out specific vehicles and test drive. My sales rep. was very personable and absolutely no pressure whatsoever. When I informed him that I was not going to purchase that da and test drive. My sales rep. was very personable and absolutely no pressure whatsoever. When I informed him that I was not going to purchase that day he was fine with that. He gained my respect right then. My intention was to come back the following Monday and make the deal. I was given a very good price for my trade in so I returned the next day to make the purchase. Smooth transaction and they delivered everything they said they would. We came upon a slightly used 2012 F150, and sent an online inquires about it. We spoke back and fourth for about a week with the dealer about the truck, and set a time for a test drive. Prior to driving the hour drive to get tot he dealership I inquired to make sure they still had the truck, and everything was still a go. They then told me that the price they advertised to be of $20,375 was not correct, and they would not honor it. I have read a few other reviews about them not sticking to their price as well. I do not know if they are playing a "bait & hook" game or what, but they lost my business, and I will pass the information along to others as well. More

We came in as a result of an internet car and quickly developed a great working relationship with DeShon Batts. We asked him to watch for a car coming in on trade for our daughter.....he called the very developed a great working relationship with DeShon Batts. We asked him to watch for a car coming in on trade for our daughter.....he called the very next day with information on a car that was perfect. We came right in and worked a deal to buy the car before the couple that traded it left the dealership with their purchase. DeShon deserves recognition for his efforts......WOW, sell a car before it is moved from the spot the customer parked it? Win! Win! Win! We got a good car at a fair price, the dealership had to invest nothing in it and an alert young salesman, hopefully, is rewarded for being really good at his craft. We told DeShon that if our financial situation improves, we would love to come in and let him help us buy a beautiful new F-250. We will consider doing business with you again in the future. I took my vehicle which has less than 20k miles into the local dealership due to no audio. Bluetooth and Sync works perfectly, just no sound. I took my truck into another dealership in Central Florida prior to bring it to Oxmoor. The central Florida dealer pulled the radio out and said it was a faulty module. Due to the ordering of part, it would take 2 days to arrive. I was informed by the central Florida dealer to take my vehicle to any other dealer and they would be able toorder the part which is under warranty. Upon arriving to Oxmoor on 7/5, met with Zach , tech pulled out radio tested speakers and after waiting 5 hours..Zach tells me, he would order the part and it's under warranty. 3 days go by and still no call or response from the service guy Zach. I called and stopped by on a cold visit, to hear Zach tell me the part is on back order and he could tell me a delivery date. Week and half goes by still no response or part. Called Zach today to get a status update, to find out the ball was dropped and has never been ordered. Also to find out the part is not covered under warranty because of a sticky residue. This made me furious!!! Not only have I been waiting a week not including the 5 hrs in the lobby upon inspection but this guy telling me a sticky residue is on the module behind the dashboard which caused the part to stop working. My question was, " why didn't the central Florida dealer say this"', " why would you tell me you're ordering the part when you never attempted", or how about ," why didn't you tell me about this so called residue on day one when you pulled out the radio"?????? After speaking with the parts manager Billy Blout who claims he say it with his own eyes yet didn't tell me the owner of car of the so called residue. This dealership is full of shit if you ask me. my concern is the locals here who take the car to this place and has been ripped off day in and day out. To confirm this is bullshit by the dealer taking it to another local dealer in Louisville the part was inspected and now ordered under warranty. Please beware of the service department. Again I say BEWARE More
