Car not as advertised! Called about a 2014 Escape earlier in the week to confirm it had heated seats. I was told that it did. I was traveling from Lexington and had a concer Called about a 2014 Escape earlier in the week to confirm it had heated seats. I was told that it did. I was traveling from Lexington and had a concern about it having heated seats so I wanted to make sure. Called Saturday afternoon to set up an appointment for today at 1:00pm. I was told the car would be ready. Upon arriving at the dealership the car was not ready, in fact, they had to jump the vehicle. While on test drive, I could not see because the side mirror was iced over. Also during the test drive it was discovered the vehicle DID NOT have heated seats. End of test drive! It also must be noted that their vehicles(at least this one) is advertised as being detailed. The car was very dirty. It had not been cleaned in the 2 months they have had it on the lot. They tried to sell me another car. No thanks More
