Unparalleled Service! ! Words can't adequately convey our gratitude to the entire Oxmoor Ford Team. I'm a year late submitting this review, but in July of 2023 we ! Words can't adequately convey our gratitude to the entire Oxmoor Ford Team. I'm a year late submitting this review, but in July of 2023 we were traveling to Wisconsin from North Carolina with one of our daughters and her 3 children after my mother suffered a stroke. Our Kia van developed mechanical issues and after milking it down the highway we rolled into the Kia dealership looking for help in the way of either a repair or an outright purchase only to be snubbed, stalled and distracted by the sales staff and management. Noticing a Ford dealership just down the road we rolled over to them to seek assistance. The difference between the 2 dealerships couldn't have been more stark. Once I explained our situation to the maintenance manager, he informed us he wouldn't be able to make repairs in a timely manner but he did immediately start making calls on our behalf. From this point on it was as if the entire organization was in our corner and that we were the only customers they had to care for. The TV in the lobby was changed to movies and shows for the kids, everyone was given bottles of cold water and they started bringing in vehicles that would meet our needs from several of the other Oxmoor dealerships to accelerate the process of getting us the help we needed to get back on the road. While we were looking at and test driving different vehicles they were concurrently setting up financing, assisting with gathering data for insurance and developing an estimate on our trade in (which they were more than fair with). About 4 hours after our arrival we departed the dealership with our new (to us) 2021 Ford Expedition. So if you are ever in the area of Western Kentucky and need help getting on the road, do not hesitate to go to Oxmoor Ford. Those folks are Rock Stars. More
Very nice dealing with Jeremiah Brown. The '22 Navigator we traded for was in great shape and very clean. They even filled the gas tank prior to leaving the lot! Only aggravation was during financing where they pulled my credit report 5 times in an effort to find good rates. We'd only discussed 2 banks rates! Took 4 days to diagnose engine failure in Edge. Dealer did nt seem to know f extended warranty until it was pointed out. Fortunately the warranty covered engine replacement and rental car. Donta Dealer did nt seem to know f extended warranty until it was pointed out. Fortunately the warranty covered engine replacement and rental car. Dontae responded well by txt to communicate and was very helpful through the process. We appreciate his service to us. I have been aware of this type of engine problem and concerned Ford has not done more to alert the consumer. Makes me question buying another. More
