Very unhappy I got a call saying my oil change was complete. And mechanic recommended I get a front end alignment because my tires are wearing uneven. I had just bought those brand new tires 4 days prior to mechanic changing my oil. Then he proceeds to tell me the water level in my battery is low. It’s a sealed battery!! You can’t check the water level!! As if that’s not bad enough. On Monday I noticed small puddles of oil under my car after I have driven it. So I jack up the car. And my oil filter is loose!! It’s dripping oil from the oil filter seal!!! Overall a very piss poor experience at Oxmoor ford!! More

DON'T BUY A FORD, DON'T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP I had a major problem with my car, they insisted nothing was wrong. I had to tow the car, it was so bad, yet they took 4 days to look at it, and stil I had a major problem with my car, they insisted nothing was wrong. I had to tow the car, it was so bad, yet they took 4 days to look at it, and still they said nothing was wrong. All they did was check the codes, and we know that is not reliable. They did not check what I asked them to. The car was under warranty and they refused to pay my $329.00 rental bill, the Ford Corp. too. I got ripped off. It is a long story, but I got so disgusted with Ford and my 2017 car, I just went to NISSAN and purchased a brand new 2019 Rouge SUV. The service there was outstanding. My only regret is I didn't dump Ford a long time ago. Don't buy a Ford, all you will buy along with it is hassles. Also, Ford lacks in customer service, they don't care about the client, they don't try to make you happy in the least. I had custom loyalty, but they had no loyalty to me. If you see that TV commercial where Ford owners are dumping Ford and you hear that song....Na Na Na Na..hey hey GOODBYE!! Follow that commercial!!! It tells the truth!!!! More

Tim worked with us to find the right vehicle and George did a great job of showing us all of the features and explaining everything to us. Ken and Barry did a great job of taking care of our Finance paperwork and the Lincoln Concierge Mr. Anderson made sure we got set up with our online app and explained the pickup service that comes with the purchase of a Lincoln. I spent 6 days trying to buy a used vehicle from one of Oxmoor dealerships dealing with a salepersale named COUR Be very careful on who you deal with! I spent 6 days trying to buy a used vehicle from one of Oxmoor dealerships dealing with a salepersale named COURTNEY BLACKWELL. She consistently told me the vehicle was unavailable and when I asked to speak to someone who may know more about the vehicle I was ignored even though I was sent a video, recieved a phone call and text messages of her saying if you have any questions feel free to contact me. I have spent months trying to find a vehicle like this because it was something a person probably wouldn't come across again unless you spend another 10-12,000 dollars. She told me she wasn't allowed to hold vehicles which I was told that wasn't true by another salesman when I learned the vehicle had been sold! That if I would have talked to him when I called he would have taken a deposit and held it for me.....which I offered in a email. Also, when asked for a copy of the title for my credit union to finalize the auto loan all she could tell me was here manager was "supposed" to be working on it which makes whoever that is seem just as bad at their job as she is. Finally, I'm still not sure why she would not cooperate on selling the vehicle but if you want a miserable car buying experience just to have it sold to someone else then give her a call. More
